For me, the opportunity to express some creativity and share that with whoever is willing to listen, and maybe get some recognition from the other artist out there. I listen to remixes because they seem to be more creative than music that you would hear on the radio. Every single song on this site is unique even though some may share the same source tune. Its refreshing.

I wish they had a league for people that are new to the Starcraft series. I've played 4 matches in the practice league, but I only won 1 (by luck). The other guys I've played have been playing Starcraft for years, so they already have the advantage. Kinda frustrating...

I figured they were just dick jokes... Kind of an "in joke" thing for the makers of the game.

Bullets travel around corners. You'll get hurt if you fall 2 feet. It is possible to stab somebody from 10 feet away with a 12 inch knife. Just guess.

I had a Game Informer subscription that was free from Game Stop. I enjoyed the info, but I really enjoyed GamePro magazines more. They have good information and I enjoyed the Tips and Tricks section that was in the back, though I don't know if they still have that feature. I was thinking about re subscribing to it, but I don't know if it is as good as it was. I haven't read one in years.

I may be wrong, but I believe you can use whatever song you want just as long as you credit the remixer. You may want to contact the remixers just to let them know, but it shouldn't be a big deal.

Nothing can beat the feeling you get when you're listening to your favorite song live. Its almost electrifying. At the same time, you don't really get the quality of the studio version, so they kinda balance each other out.

Ummm, stupid question time...where are we suppose to post the WIPs? I have a rough WIP, and I'm not really sure if its gonna fit the overall style we are going for with this album. I would like some feedback on it, if possible.

I opened it up this morning and you're right. One of my memory sticks popped out. I'm still not very sure how that happened though, since I hardly ever touch my computer. It was just a crazy coincidence I guess... After all of the crazy SC2 bugs I read about (ya know, with the overheating graphics cards), I assumed the game might have killed one of my sticks. I'm not a computer guru by any means, so my bad. LOL.

I played through the first couple of missions and I really enjoy the game, but I think this game may have messed up my computer. For some reason, after installing and running the game for the first time, my computer could only recognize half of the memory I originally installed. I maxed it out at 4GB a couple of years ago, and I checked recently before installing SC2. I kept getting messages telling me to close any programs I might have running in the background to improve performance, and I though it was strange seeing that I was not running anything in the background and I am using the minimum graphics card settings when I know my graphics card is well capable of handling this game. When I checked my computer performance, it stated that I am only running with 1.5GBs of memory now. I have no idea what happened to my memory. So, after my trial period is over, I'll probably stop playing until I figure out whats going on.

I'm very happy to see this one getting wrapped up. I cant wait to check it out!

My co worker just gave me a 10-day guest pass, so I'll get on it tonight. I'm sure I'll like it, but I want to try it before I get it and make sure my computer wont fag up on me while playing.

Say LT, I know you're extremely busy and whatnot. Have you ever considered picking an assistant to help keep the Judges Decisions forum updated? It might make things easier.

I was thinking about starting a thread like this, but I couldn't find my very first remix from Sonic 3D Blast, called "Pannic Attack" (yes, with two n's). I named it that because of the panning effects I used, that sucked tremendously. I recently redid my second remix and posted them both up in my WIP thread, (which can be found in my sig). This might be alot to ask, but if anyone still has, or can locate my old mixes, I would love to get them from you. I will redo them all eventually.
