  1. This is such a beautiful piece it makes me cry... This is definatly movie quality
  2. Up until 3:07 I found this song really boring but then the part at here made me realize the rest of the song wasn't that bad... The song didn't seem that great to me but it would take some mad skills to pull this song off so kudos to that, Shnabubula!
  3. I just downloaded a few songs from KiC and this is one of my favourites Awesome jazzy song, JigginJonT!
  4. Another beautiful, emotional piece from djp Inspirational piano playing, very soothing strings once again, awesome mix djp!
  5. I agree I was thinking of reviewing this song sometime Surprisingly there are only 9 reviews here This is such a beautiful piece it needs to be heard
  6. Not great, EXCELLENT! Sweet guitar, awesome solo The beginning jumps too quickly into the guitar though. That's my only complaint The rest is just amazing
  7. The Pancake Chef amazes me! The song here starts off with a great emotional sounding latin trumpet then later moves onto guitar The soundstone melody sort of threw me off here and sounded out of place but it quickly goes away "I miss you" Perfect for this song At 1:43 why do the background instruments fade out? They were sounding good but oh well, the excellent guitar tune makes up for it with all those bends Anyways, another great song proves the Pancake Chef to be one of my favourite mixers
  8. Awesome mix right here Sweet synth sounds Excellent instrumentation Element of jazz, reggae Nice melody and arrangement Favourite parts are 0:13 for those cool notes and 1:11 for that great synth This song somehow appeals to me because of sort of abstract element to it Its great, definatly worth checking out
  9. w-double-O-T More jazzy from McVaffy I'm feeling the vibe
  10. pwntthis song isnt bad, its just different, i don't think it would have been posted though if it weren't on the kong in concert album the ambience is great its a good song to just have playing while you're doing other stuff
  11. I know that song really well... do you mean the staccato square ostinato that plays throughout the song? That just sounds like a short square note being played with delay. As for my request, I've been messing around with 3xOsc for a while and I haven't come up with a good Hoover sound. Does anyone have any presets/soundfonts to make this sound? The instruments that come in around 1 minute marker The hoover sound would probally work best, hope you finish creating the sound also for the pads, the closest one i found is on a korg triton midi keyboard with the instrument named "theatrical pad"
  12. yea im lookin for sirens too, ejay had a nice siren sound also, im looking for the square sound from the character naming song from earthbound, also the theatrical pads from that song tanks
  13. wow that EP surprised me i thought i was listening to adhesive boy for a second there but thats a good thing, i love adhesive boy (in a non sexual way) now is this a 6 minute extension to just the secret area and title theme? thats pretty amazing i dont think its too repetitive but then i consider it as just background music rather than lyric soo anyways, the mix isnt bad, its nice to just have playing through your head phones while your browsin the forums the highlight of the song is the EP
  14. wow this is a great mix its got all of the best songs from super metroid usually transitions between different songs throw you off but its not like that at all in this song i was impressed with how vigilante put together brinstar and kraids hideout i love the changes he made to kraids hideout he finishes off the song by gradually slowing down and adding some strings to make it all the more beautiful the song clips a bit but its soft and soothing, one of the best metroid remixes out there, definatly worth the download
  15. i was just about to review this song its hilarious how shes singing to jeff what a great voice she has soothing accompianate too in the background
  16. nice ill have what jupiter crayon's having as weird as this song is, i cant stop listening to it
  17. what a kickass mix we got here i highly suggest dling this
  18. so many great things in this song to mention them all 0:49 memorable fill right here 1:07 anyone else here that bass drop? 1:20 arhh whats happening? my heads bouncing to the beat of the song! i cant control it, its just so awesome! i dont think anyone else notices the sweet bassline going on behind the kick here but it is sweet 1:51 has some crazy hihating if thats a word 2:22 thats one of the best sounding bass drums evar and the rest is all great, if you're lookin for some hardcore pieces to dance to, this is one of the best out there
  19. this is quite the beautiful piece even when ailsean's not playing his guitar driving pieces, his songs are still insanely creative and impressive high-quality entertaining stuff right here, reminds me of tidal sequence kudos
  20. how can i get the sound of that really sorta "gooey" bass? the one amievil uses, its in alot of songs or more specifically, the one in mcvaffe's darkness and light that comes in a bit before 1:30, the bass in mcvaffes song also sounds alot like the one in 'the missed symphony' by infected mushroom anyways, yea, how can i get that?
  21. noo i was away, the names already been chosen? I really liked "Dreamland Revisions" "Rise of a Star" has nada to do with music But I still can't wait for the release of this album, I'm mainly looking forward to Adhesive Boy and analoq's remixes, I guess rellik's as well if it will be anything like his dreaming on distant shores
