Malaki-LEGEND.sys Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 Using your own camo shorts to create awesome camo in-game doesn't count as cheating, does it? Also my dog's face. Quote
ocre Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 (edited) Oh, very cool. 3 FREE Kid Icarus Uprising AR Idol cards for Club Nintendo members(and there's no reason not to be; it's free). :3 Get 'em while they last. Also they have another page detailing other free cards they're giving away. Edited March 13, 2012 by ocre Quote
Malaki-LEGEND.sys Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 I grabbed the Club Nintendo cards because why not free stuff, and I'll be grabbing the game once it releases. I hope the multiplayer is fun enough for us to get plenty of matches in maybe. Quote
Sixto Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 just got my 3ds. my code thing is 1762-3553-3100 Quote
Toadofsky Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 From what I understand, outside of the GAME CHANGING ability to walk and shoot while crouching(which is GAME CHANGING), you can use the 3DS camera to take pictures and then use color palettes and patterns from said pictures to create new camo with its own index. Princess Peach camo from a picture on Super Mario 3D Land. Oh how useful it was in the cliffs section. Funny too. Quote
Unstable Hamster Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Added Sixto (Totally gonna send you a swapnote), and hey toadofsky, have you added me? I've added you but I have yet to connect with you. Do we both have to be online? Quote
Mirby Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Nah, if someone's added you, it'll automatically add them once you enter their FC. I'm still waiting on a few people here to add me back *coughdamnedcough* Quote
Thalzon Posted March 14, 2012 Posted March 14, 2012 Yeah, he's missing out on all the awesome swapnote action. Quote

Mirby Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 (edited) Well I blame my bad internet right now. D: EDIT: BAM!! New Fire Emblem: Awakening trailer! Edited March 15, 2012 by Mirby Quote
Arrow Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 I'm not afraid to admit I just got hot and bothered when I read who's in the Kid Icarus soundtrack lineup. Quote
Mirby Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 I'm currently in love with the boss theme, courtesy of one Yasunori Mitsuda. :3 Quote
Jamphibious Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 I'm currently in love with the boss theme, courtesy of one Yasunori Mitsuda. :3 I was going through trying to guess which composer did each of those, but I didn't peg that one as Mitsuda. Awesome stuff. Yeah I'm in love with that list of composers. Quote
CinnamonJihad Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 EDIT: BAM!! New Fire Emblem: Awakening trailer! Okay, I gotta get a 3DS for realz now. Is it weird that I want that pink one? I had a pink DS lite as well. That pink just looks so... delicious. Quote
Malaki-LEGEND.sys Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 We still need a release date for Fire Emblem over here. I enjoyed Path to Radiance quite a bit, and this one actually gives you free reign over the world map as well as customizing your own character among other things. I need this game. Too much stuff coming out! Quote
Mirby Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 I heard it was being released in Europe, but honestly I haven't checked the validity of that claim. Quote
Overflow Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Can I ask a simple question, Nintendo? Why is Sega getting the Virtual Console right while you aren't? Game Gear games allow you to - IN GAME - change the screen size, remap the face buttons, choose a border, change the color of said border and even apply a retro motion blur effect. Game Boy games allow you to change the color, between b/w and blurry green, which I appreciate, but why can't we change the border or screen size in-game? Or better yet: CHANGE THE COLOR PALLET. EVEN THE GBC LET US DO THAT. Ugh. Quote
Bleck Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 Can I ask a simple question, Nintendo? Why is Sega getting the Virtual Console right while you aren't? a pretty box disguises a shitty package Quote
ocre Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 (edited) I heard it was being released in Europe, but honestly I haven't checked the validity of that claim. It was confirmed for Europe as a 2012 release out of necessity. While North America got it's own Nintendo Direct with Reggie, Europe got a version of Iwata's Japanese presentation. When they were showing footage of Fire Emblem, the game was confirmed for this year. I'm sure we'll get it too; NoA most likely doesn't want to confirm something that's potentially Fall/Winter 2012 release material just yet. Of course, one region getting a confirmation and not the other makes people jump the gun and gloat that NoE is superior/worry about a North American release. Edited March 16, 2012 by ocre Quote
Mirby Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 HA! YOU DID MY RESEARCH FOR ME! MUAHAHAHAHAHA *ahem* Yeah that makes sense. Also Jade in your sig adds a whole 'nother feeling to your posts, and it's hilarious. Quote
Malaki-LEGEND.sys Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 a pretty box disguises a shitty package Seriously. They're fucking Game Gear games. If they didn't suck, we'd still be playing on a SEGA handheld today. Quote
ocre Posted March 16, 2012 Posted March 16, 2012 (edited) Also Jade in your sig adds a whole 'nother feeling to your posts, and it's hilarious. It's workin'! Bonus points if you read them in his voice. Also: Holy cool! This eshop 'game'/art application looks sa-weet. And even if you're not that great an artist, I think it'll even be worth purchase price just to peruse the gallery, if awesome pictures like what are in the trailer are commonplace.
