This song manages to both bring back childhood nostalgia and appease the Gods of Metal. This is one of the few tracks on OC Remix that any true metal-head will appreciate.

Now that is an impressive blast of metal! This thing just wails in sheer head-banging power and keeping the melody intact, especially during the 1:15 to 1:34, while letting those guitars rip was just awesome. Great work on the solos and the breakdowns as well. Damn good way to start the album mixes off.

I'm a big fan of the source tune, but I agree it is a bit lacking in length. Hugo took that minute of glory and turned it into 5. I'm not really a metal fan either, but damn is this song is just so catchy! None of the improv is overdone, the bridge is fantastic, and the guitar and drum performances come together to make an EXTREMELY solid mix. Amazing job.

Honestly one of my favorite remixes.  One thing I noticed a while back (a very long way back now, I guess) is that it sounds like someone might have copied this song to an extent that it almost sounds the same.  I know that they are remixes of the same source material, but the similarities seen too close.  I know Hugo's version released back in March of '12, but in December of the same year this version (https://youtu.be/Xjqr0BHMx7g) by Japanese group 'Rock-Men' came out and it practically sounds like a straight copy.  Maybe it's just a coincidence, I dunno.  Still prefer Doc's version by a lot.
