I have to say I rather liked the batarang conrtoller. This just shows that Sony, being afraid of trying 2 new things, only went back to their old design out of "comfort."

I wouldn't be surprised if they release a newer controller with more functionality (er...sp) in a few years, especially if the PS3 survives it's boasted 10 year life span. The Dual Shock is just too old at this point, even Microsoft has made better.

Haha what the heck? Well, at least the other one I saw, with the kids going to the roofs of their houses and with the phrase "the wait is over" is nice. Really appeals to those people who bought the PS2 for casuality and got bored of it and are currently waiting for the PS3... Still, those people are the same that don't keep up with gaming news, so the price tag might be a harder hit then they expected... :S
