    • I am here to announce a remix competition for the mobile videogame, Ice Scream! If you haven't heard of this game, no worries. It is a very popular mobile game that has a fanatic loyal fanbase, and the game has had MULTIPLE sequels. This is an opportunity to add some spice/variety to your composing life, network with some online musicians, and be able to market your name to a different videogame community whom may choose to listen to more of what you make after they hear your remix. This competition is held by the composer of the game, System Glow (Michael Schadow). He will be choosing his favorite remix that's made. I'm just helping spread the word, I do not work for him or anyone else. It is a chill/casual competition. There's no major rewards outside of keeping you motivated to compose, giving you something new to do, letting a new fanbase hear your song, and everything else I mentioned in the first paragraph.  He'll also market the winning song to his audience. You can remix whatever song from the game that you'd like.  There's plenty of OSTs on Youtube.  If you're interested in joining/competing, here's a link to the Discord server: https://discord.gg/qmDzaUuU  Personally, my motivation to make music isn't as high as I'd like right now, so for me this is a great excuse to do something new and have some fun.  This is perfect for those who want a chill/fun competition, or also for those who just feel like stretching their fingers and going all out.  Let me know if you have questions!
    • Guess which (dope AF) remix just taught me that Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine and Puyo Puyo are the same game 😬
    • This weeks guest is a person who have created a quite successful name for themselves, getting a viral hit with the "This is War" series on YouTube, he's been working both with his own projects, but also as a freelancing composer, our guest for this week is none other than Josef Falkensköld   Josef joins in to talk about his career as Falconshield , but also within game development, these steps started all back around 2009-2010.   We talk about Josef's work, how achivements kinda tend to follow you along while also decaying at the same time, working with singers to bring amazing tracks, utilizing creators to inspire each others work and much more!   You'll find the episodes here: Spotify: Youtube: Next episode: What about kart games?
