  1. http://www.ocremix.org/forums/member.php?u=30518 Looks like they're getting even smarter than just copy-pasting other replies. Seriously, either I overlooked where someone said what they posted or they actually took the time to make an account, respond with something generically-worded by someone who doesn't speak much English, and has a french credit link in the sig... Edit: and more... http://www.ocremix.org/forums/member.php?u=30516 http://www.ocremix.org/forums/member.php?u=30505
  2. Just responded to your PM. I'm gonna be your soccer mom for a few days, I guess.
  3. Yeah, if I can dig it up in my Mom's storage room whenever I head back to the 'rents house next. Or I could just bring the Xbox with all them games already on it 0_0

  4. YOU tell ME not to bump a thread with whinning, Mr. almost-troll?!

Dude, I really can't wait for Taucer's meetup. It's gonna be such a blast.

  5. It was probably you that killed it, though. It's always your fault, Taucer. Everything ever is your fault. Shame if it is dead too, because I'm replaying for the bazillionth time KSS on the DS. Music is still banging. Can someone send in the Project Rescue Task Force?
  6. bLiNd, what I'm about to say is in complete jest: I am both happy yet scared that this is what your wife is now saying on a daily basis. I feel for ya, bro. I'm gonna make a bumper sticker that say "I wanna be like bLiNd!"
  7. Okay, days after I might be able to do. Considering it's a four-day work-week for me then, I'm sure I can make arrangements for activities for him while I'm off at work, which is currently the only stipulation from my housemates of him staying here (that he not be left at the house by himself...yeah, I know right? Well, it's not just my house so I do respect their wishes) so I'll talk to them tonight or tomorrow. I feel like a divorced couple talking about who's taking the kids: you get him for Christmas til MAG, and then I'll take him after hopefully.
  8. Well, you got a small percentage cause I just ordered the Senn 280's on recommendation from Avaris last night. Sorry Jay, thanks for the tip about the plastic though. I'll make sure to be super-extra-special-plastic-wrap-over-it-like-an-older-person's-sofa careful. Someone tell me when OCR offers a time-space altering device under the "stuff we think rocks" section. Those headphones that DJP swears by look pretty sweet too...
  9. Wait, WHAT IS THIS? This is a birthday BONANZA! I misread and came in here expecting birthday BANANAS! I want my friggin' banana's now, damnit! Oh, and happy birthday to all you people who have a birthday today besides Hy Bound (cause I already wished him one and he only deserves one from me).
  10. MAGFest is now known as BRUSHFIREFest. Brush: did you get my PM regarding AeroZ? We need to square that shit away, yo. I'd love for the sexy swed (well, one of them, anyway, still got mad love for my Anso) to come here but I'm going crazy figuring out how to do staying arrangements.
  11. Happy B-day, and stop hiding...somewhere...from me...
  12. Okay, working til 2:30ish...that compliments the drive-time from MD perfectly, I hope. It means we don't have to get up obscenely early and if we hit traffic it wont be much of an issue. This is awesome: Two weekends in a row for me to hang out with different sets of OCR people! ROCKING! So yes, there will be a carpool heading to Taucers from the MD/DC area. I know Harmony is pretty sure he'll go as long as he's free, and since we'll be bringing food and some instrument-stuff there should be a reasonable amount of room in the car. So I can probably first 1-2 more people from the area interested in going. Comp for gas is appreciated, and if I ask you to drive my car out of personal exhaustion, promise not to crash it. iPhone GPS says about 6 hours drive from where I live. I'd be willing to pick people up if it's on the way down (I'm not going North of Baltimore to pick people up, that's a bit of a waste, you'd do better just coming to my place and leaving your car here). We'll probably hit the road for real around 9:30 Saturday morning, and if we get there early by some divine act we'll just jam in the parking lot. Probably leaving Taucer's by noon at the latest the next day, as I'm sure we'll all be exhausted and want to get some sleep in before work on Monday. I will be bringing the following entertainmentnessthingys: PS2 casemod with a bunch of games (yes, including the NiGHTS re-release so I can make Taucer and Luke play it). DS PSP my laptop Hohner acoustic guitar full body tambourine, finger cymbals, egg shakers harmonicas probably some episodes of MST3k I call spooning with Taucer!!!!
  13. You are now my current sig quote. Conglaturations.

  14. I'll play tambourine, you can play the triangle, and we'll wander the country playing for food. We'll make millions, I tells ya, millions...

  15. I keep hearing things about the Sennheiser HD 280 Pros!!! I'm really tempted to just say "fuck it" and order a pair. Better than the sony-stock with a half-chewed wire I've been using. Also, nice shock-mount. I only recently got a pop-filter for the first time ever, and it truly does make a huge difference. Duuuuude, that door looks mighty crumpled. Black hole up there or something? OH! And I see a PS2 controller on top of an amp...were you playing games while you could have been posting WIPs? For shame, shaggy, for shame!!! I really like your setup though, and that Les Paul looks like a dream.
  16. Yes, something I actually brought back to life last week. I don't know how I fixed it, but that little thing there breaking was the reason I got the Lambda in the first place: Creative X-Fi Platinum. It died a while back and I was sick of dealing with Creative products and drivers so I opted for the Lambda and said "to hell with it". I had compy issues last week resulting in the consolidation of my gaming and music PCs together, and for shits-and-giggles I tried the X-Fi after straightening some capacitors and carefully cleaning out a lot of the connection spots...and it fucking worked. Great for recording a "What U Hear" track now, and just easier to prevent driver conflicts between music players/web and Sonar instances. Also, that's a Pod XT there, an Ibanez AEL20E acoustic-electric, a Gibson SG faded, and a bunch of random crap (Mics are MXL 990 and 991)
  17. Nutritious: if I can't get ahold of some-other-guy, interested in giving some amazing orchestral stuff possibly to my track? I'm still writing, and I sent Jade the roughest of WHIPS last night, but first I'd even want to know if you're interested... Also, WHIP WHIP WHIP! That's all Jade does now-a-days. I'm a little scared to go visit her and bLiNd now, lest I end up in some kinky game I wasn't prepared for. Jade, from now on, you should say "WHIPS AND FUZZY HANDCUFFS".
  18. And also...don't make it Columbus-day weekend. I'm on-call that weekend and have to stay in town, and on top of that I'm having Avaris come down for the weekend. Be prepared for drunk forum-and-IRC antics and some crazy pictures...maybe. October is Taucer-fest month.
  19. It's your burfday! Harpi basudai!

  20. Fishy! Looks like you and I play the same keyboard! Here's a few of my desk and whatever instruments I happened to be tooling around with at the time:
  21. Isn't download protection an additional fee? I remember hearing that somewhere...
  22. Looks like the graph is giving us the middle finger around OHC019, and the shocker from OHC027-OHC037!!! What kind of sick graph is this!? Thanks analoq. Let's try and keep these numbers high, folks.
  23. Hear, hear! And the source I used was KK DJ. The track was originally gonna be called Shimmering DJ.
  24. I love how many tracks you're "persuading" bLiNd to take, especially after the thread "bLiNd is VERY BUSY (attn: project leaders)" that he wrote.

  25. All beware Jade's whip of remixing fury. Run, while you still can, before she ensares you in her deadlines too! RUN!!! Yeah, I asked if he would be willing to help and, after he helped get it underway, I asked if he wanted to be a co-director. I know eh's a busy guy and doesn't afraid of anything, but I'm trying to make it the least of his worries as possible, and fun for him too, I hope! But don't forget Prophet of Mephisto, he's a co-director too. It was mine and his idea to have NiGHTs project to begin with. I had just re-gotten the soundtrack and were listening to it to-and-from MAGfest 6, and talked about doing a song or two...or three...so he's part of the reason I even considered making it a project.
