Metal Gear Solid Rising - Lightning Bolt Action -
SenPi replied to Global-Trance's topic in General Discussion
I moreso meant the story line from Metal Gear 1 to Metal Gear Solid, since Ive never played those games so im not sure exactly when gray fox turns all cyborg and shizz. And I assume Big boss is still alive after metal gear 2, so this is why my theory places the game after metal gear 2 but before metal gear solid. Either way I put story line in quotes because of the exact reason you stated lol -

Damn it, thats exactly what I was gonna say I for one am hoping for gray fox + big boss. IF thats the case, maybe it takes place after Metal Gear 2? I cant remember the "story line" very well right now. -
Bah not a very good video, but may I present 100% Minimoo-g by Sota Fujimori p.s. I assume by the name (i.e. 100% minimoog) it means everything was made with just a minimoog.)

SenPi replied to zircon's topic in Announcements
Man I need to learn how to process drums now.. lol I cant seem to get these to sound like some of the music samples. I need more learning Edit: lol ok, so after talking to zircon I had some ideas... why dont I scream the shit out of it Here is the result DJ SymBiotiX - Groove Bias Test 1 (Scream) haha.. check it out .. I promise within a week I'll finish something that sounds super cool (especially since I made this "song" in like15 minutes and didnt really have time to fix anything. Looks like sleep time for me ) -

So I got it this morning, and I finally just now had a chance to look at it. Im curious, how does reason handle the round robins? I took a look at some of the patches and I dont quite understand. If you could explain it Id appreciate it. Thanks -
well, he has a monitor but its an old crt. If that deal was still up, I would have definitely bought it.

Wait... is this pink thing (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ShowImage.aspx?CurImage=13-186-151-S02&ISList=13-186-151-S01%2c13-186-151-S02%2c13-186-151-S03%2c13-186-151-S04%2c13-186-151-S05&S7ImageFlag=1&Item=N82E16813186151&Depa=0&WaterMark=1&Description=Foxconn%20A74MX-K%20Micro%20ATX%20AMD%20Motherboard%20-%20Retail) Not a Parallel Port? cause thats what my printer connects to, and im pretty damn sure thats a parallel port. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parallel_port http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/fa/Parallel_computer_printer_port.jpg Ive never even heard of this BIDI you speak of (and google search brings up nothing really) Well unfortunately that deal is over. So I guess I still need to go to my old plan.
-
Oh, looks like I didnt look at the foxconn one apparantly. I think I'll go for that one, since he would prolly need a parallel port (old printer and the such) Thanks

will be running XP Im trying to find relatively cheap stuff, but it seems like cheap *crappy* stuff these days, is decent :s I dont know. All I know is I need to get this done soon. He's starting to use my computer .. Im scared
-
ahh mephisto you were the guy I was hoping would reply. As for optical drive/psu/hd/case I will be getting those locally (I already have a decent psu and optical drive). As for the rest, I'll check out those links you posted. Thanks alot guys EDIT: hmm this all looks fine and dandy except the mobo doesnt have on board video. I was hoping to not have to buy a video card. Can you recommend something cheep (no games whatsoever will be played on this, and also needs to have a vga port, since the monitor is an old crt, and we dont need to buy a new monitor), the gfx card could be dvi I guess. Coming with a dvi->vga would be nice.

A remake of the first one?! .... that would totally be pimp -
My dads current comp is some old thing that I put together from a few old computers. Its been giving us grief for the past few year or two so ive convinced him to get a new one. Now all he uses it for is basiclly internet, email, pictures, and some accounting programs or something. So it doesnt need to be all that great. I have a PSU, and I'll be getting the HD and Case locally. As for the other parts, I'm wondering if this sounds like a good choice. This is the main thing I need to know before I go ahead and order them. Thanks

hahahahaaha wow... I can see where this is going....

Alright guys, me and my friend have just finished up a new track (its main purpose was for mixing/playing at clubs etc). Anyways Ive decided to try and submit it. The song itself is done, and we arent changing anything but I was just looking for some oppinions and comments/criticism and such. Note: DJ SymBiotiX (me) + DJ MessoPhunk (my friend) = Mnemosyne Source Tune Rock Solid - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D4JaBSEL-Sk Remix: VBR (6 MB) - Mnemosyne - Stuck Between A Rock And A Solid Place 192 kbps - Mnemosyne - Stuck Between A Rock And A Solid Place (192 kbps) 320 kbps - Mnemosyne - Stuck Between A Rock And A Solid Place (320 kbps) Let me know what you think

This song is extremely pimp man. Definitly something that would fit this kind of game. Good Job
-
I was actually gonna write something about this. I think its really awesome (especially for reason users). as a standalone, yeah I dont see it being very popular, but as a reason addition its incredibly awesome. I signed up to beta test, so I'll let you guys know what I think
-
just so im sure. The credits for mm4 is pretty much the same song as the intro for mm2 right?
-
?BSDBFASDKFWEKFHQK!!!!!! I did not know this was happening agian.. bah bah bah.. whats left anything? I was doing the stage select before hand but that never really turned out.. anything else I could get my hands on???! Im gonna take a listen to the songs that are left once I get home, and I'll let you know what I wanna do.. if I am still allowed in the project that is :3 Edit: or maybe I can convert my failed MM2 Intro remix in to a successful MM4 Credits remix?!

SenPi replied to -MZ-'s topic in Music Composition & Production
See this is the thing... as far as I can tell, he is talking about a standar midi cable, everybody else who responded seemed to assume midi-to-usb -

Question: Do both versions allow to select just the wav's themselves? I would assume yes but just wondering.
