This is ..... Beautiful! Ambient, pads, that Beautiful Voice(voice?). I love this "voice"! No matter what or who is it! Drums perfectly supports music line. Just beautiful.. Not sure about pan kick(or bass?). First minute that kick kinda bothers me(because of pan i suppose). But then, I was completely obsessed with this voice and pads! So I'm not sure. And you could, maybe, boost bass line(I heard it somewhere around intro) to see whats happen. Mastering in right place imo, try boost bass and it's done! And that kick.. Not sure. P.S. I'm gonna rerecord rhythm guitars to change some parts, record bass guitar(just in case) and then, send rar to you with all materials I have(is 4share works to you well?). Around Wednesday I think, if I wont have any fuckness on a job:grin:

TinDeck.com As for the source.. Sounds familiar. Can you make a midi melody or sing it? Your whisting is poor, bad velocity control and some out of tune. Bad recording and arrangement is too empty. Your mix is too conservative. If I would be a jury, I would said NO.

When I read the title of this thread, I was kinda angry. I thought you stole my remixer's name!! As for arrangement: Your drums in main theme's melody sounds out of rhythm sometimes (as if the drummer overslept, if you know what i mean). Agree about reverberation and delay comment. Also arrangement too short in creativity, which cause short time length, imo. As for production: Dude.. Don't use slayer. FL have lot off cool synthetic sounds. Don't use slayer! It sounds bad always, unless you not RoeTaka. Drums sections is poor. No velocity, not interesting drums/cymbals figure, no transitions, too repetitive. Overall you can do better. BTW.. It is not game's source..

Dunno what cause a delay. I had same shit when i started play. I used mic and reel tape recorder as amp) But I had no trouble with delay.

I can't say anything about guitar's sound quality, cause all of those effects hiding any quality issues, so I guess you did what you wanted. Effects are cool. But your guitar playing "broken" melody. Out of tune sometimes. Wrong notes. Fell free to use this stile of play, but keep the melody on, otherwise when you break off it, nothing but the bothering the ears it does not cause. But this is my opinion. When I read the title, I expected something epic, apocalyptic blow:mrgreen: But still I love those orchestra pieces!

You know, this could be pretty nice thing, unless.. Lot of timing issues in arrangement, terrible fake guitar and I hate this cymbals. Trumpet sounds bad, not real(believe me, I was a trumpet player). Maybe you tried to make some horror tune? If this true than I can understand some time issues, but "guitars".. You know this guitars too horrible for horror. Also you too aggressive when using ride's roll. It sounds bad. Little advice: listen to any rock, metal or whatever this kind. You will hear lot of interesting in drums section. And forget about fake guitars. Find yourself in some other vsti or buy guitar(BETTER)! I like organ and choir, btw.

When I said about some exp, I mean I'm guitarist/bassist using(trying?) some orchestration in my mixes. As for example of "power bit+ bla,bla".. Well, Roetaka's mix is not a best offer to learn something, cause it more depends of your imagination(hope you'll understand what i'm saying). And the best example of fake guitars here - "Contra Force Power trip" rmx by Nick(don't remember his full name). As for the hobby.. Dude, I think lot of ppl here have a same situation as you or me. BTW! Actually when I heard first lead guitar's appearing at the start of your mix, I didn't thought it was fake. But when rhythm came in.. Written is good but sounds obviously fake. Great work in here, but fake guitar is fake guitar and, I think if you want to make it "hot" you have to forget about hobbynes and start work with it professionally or (if you have tones of $) by some awesome "guitar faker"). But for my view it's bullsh), better to find guitarist or change your music style(without hurting your vision). Great work! As I already said before.

When you'll understand ppl?! Theres no metal or rock or whatever guitar sounding WITHOUT GUITAR!!! If you want to give some charm to your orchestration, just make some FAR fake guitar to it(listen to RoeTaka - Chaos Legion rmx in here). Making fake metal you making SUCKS! Sorry but it is TRUE. Otherwise, arrangement is pretty interesting and actually good, imo. I like drums, orchestration, and overall production. BUT! This "guitars".. Kill me if I'm wrong, but it will be better if you destroy all of your "guitars" and make some power bit + Low/High freq distorted FAKE guitar in center(and nothing more). Anyway this is only my opinion. I had some exp in that sort of mixes.

Update:mrgreen:: I drop rhythms in some sections a bit in loudness. It still have some power imo, but lead guitar more in front now. Am I moving in right direction? Sorry for asking for feedback at each step, but I'm trying to find myself and, your thoughts GREAT help for me to make good and quality music and bla, bla.. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME GUYS!!
