  1. We have the ever-wonderful and super-talented @Chimpazilla assisting us in that regard. Once you're completely finished with your track we'll ask you to render it into WAV stems to be sent over for mastering
  2. In that case I'm looking forward to it even more
  3. Oooooh another bound-to-be-classic Jorito/Tuberz collab! Looking forward to hearing the finished product!
  4. Voted! Some excellent entries, nice work everybody!
  5. I hath submitted mine offering. Praise the sun!
  6. Dayum Brandon, you're a fircken' sadist! Still, this could be interesting with a bucket load of pads added in...
  7. MILESTONE UPDATE: Thanks Odai! Happy to be aboard and I hope the Hobo feels better soon. Everyone send him positive and/or sexy thoughts to speed his recovery! As alluded to in my very first line of text on this post; this update is a milestone in that we have received our first completed track! @Ganaé has finished his track for Light & Darkness (otherwise known as the main title theme) and it shall have the honour of being the very first entry to be marked as Blue on the front page. Give him an enormous round of virtual applause! Deadlines are gradually encroaching so I hope you're all beavering away (by which I mean keeping busy, not building dams and causing entire rivers to divert course and flood nearby villages. It's OK if you are though; everyone needs a hobby). If anyone requires a reminder of when their WIP is due please feel free to PM me and I'll sort you out. There's still 9 tracks plus the bonus medley to be claimed so if anyone feels like picking up an extra source or if a new player wishes to enter the game, uh, I mean wishes to claim a track then please PM myself or Odai with your choice(s). Keep up the excellent work everyone! You are all awesome!
  8. NieR is, depending on your point of view, either an excellent adventure game or an enormous trollolololol.
  9. I watched a lot of WWF/WWE back in the day, I'm pretty sure I could cut a promo if the need arose
  10. First of all; thanks MW for the feedback! I eat that stuff up like you wouldn't believe. Also thanks to everyone who voted for me! I got exactly 7 more votes than I was expecting to. Secondly; I'll say right now that I won't be participating in the Dracula bracket due to other commitments. Best of luck to everyone else in the competition!
  11. The download link is correct in your latest post, however in the first post the Simon link downloads the Soma Round 1 zip file.
  12. You are completely correct there. I think it was a launch title for platform as well...
  13. I recently 'discovered' this track thanks to a friend constantly singing the chorus over and over and over again. Quite glad he did really
  14. Wasn't Bug! on the Sega CD? I loved Jersey Devil! I remember it as being quite difficult, though this a 20 year old memory so I could be wrong My hidden gems:
  15. Finally got the main body of my track arranged, now to add all the bells and whistles!* *Disclaimer: Track may not contain bells or whistles.
  16. It's very cool that everyone managed to use both sources I'll be sure to vote for this round. Nice work everybody!
  17. A good point! Did you have any source in particular in mind?
  18. There's definitely some 80's power metal influences in there, Infinity Mijinion vs The Final Countdown anyone?
  19. Well it's official; Bunda has finally gone insane Love the new rules, be interesting to see if it draws a few more participants.
  20. The whole soundscape in the first minute or so sets the mood perfectly for this track, it's the kind of track that if you fell asleep with this on it would follow you into your dream and stick around for the whole NiGHT (see what I did there? ) The only thing I don't like about this track is glitched drums at around 02:45 onwards; that kinda took me out of the semi-daze I was in while listening to this. Only a minor nitpick for me though. The ending was abrupt but did fit with the 'narrative' that had been built up throughout (falling asleep - dreaming - waking up - AWAKE!). [4.5/5]
