It seems to work alright for people that have profile pictures on their artist page, but without it, it seems to be broken. Perhaps a placeholder would fix that. Yes, i know i'm using ie.

My Sansa behaves as a mass storage device. I have yet to flash the bios, but once I do, I will be able to play mods. I love it.

I sure hope this solves the spambot problem. <3 Only issue I have so far is that at the top right, it says "Welcome, starla.." Two periods, and the second one is not bolded. The friends thing looks neat so far.

Xenogears had that sort of effect on me, to take a step back and look at my life. Really, Earthbound too. Kind of off topic, puzzle games like tetris attack, magical drop, sudoku... i'll close my eyes and continue playing as i'm drifting off to sleep, like my brain is still trying to piece together these fictional puzzles. I know this happens to other people too XD but i tend to play a lot of puzzle games...

I worked at a Data Recovery company for over 4 years. Freezing a hard drive is a common trick that can work, but only under very specific circumstances with very specific types of drive failure. However you have quite a few more "normal" things to try first. First thing you need to do is isolate the problem. There's a possibility that you may just have a dying external enclosure. Take the drive out of it, and test it either internally or in another enclosure. It's possible the hard drive itself is fine. The fact that the light is flickering can mean the external enclosure is failing, since usually when drives start to fail and are not detected, either the light will not turn on, or be solid. Once you get it up, you want to put the least amount of stress on it possible just in case. If it's detected by Windows or whatever OS have you, copy files off as soon as possible. And always make backups. It is important to stress that external drives are made for backup and storage. It is NOT suggested to have one connected and on 24/7. If you need more internal space, install another internal hard drive because external cases do NOT offer proper ventilation to constantly running drives. And please don't open the actual hard drive. I will cry if you do.

They make 2.5" ones for laptops, or you will also need an adapter from 44 pin laptop to 40 plus power to make it work with a 3.5" enclosure. That equipment will run about $50. I agree with cotmm's initial sentiment: a new hard drive will be around a hundred bucks, and you'll still have an old laptop. You may be able to find something cheap on craigslist as a replacement.

Me, Rama and Vilecat are on just about daily, along with a few friends we run heroics with. Several people have also transferred over since the queue times are practically non existent. We'd love to have more people, of course <3

As long as you have the same or a very similar chipset, you shouldn't have to reinstall windows. Not sure if there is a hardware key, but as far as getting it to boot up (and as far as XP goes) the same manufacturer chipset is uuuuusually enough. Also most power supplies come with adapters for all types of motherboards, as long as you're buying a good reputable one. The Zalman linked above is definitely one of the best brands there are. I've had good luck with Thermaltake and Antec as well.

It's too bad that ferret won't take other peoples advice to heart (obvious because rather than actually reposting it, he will do a "tl;dr") because people are really trying to help him out and ask him not to get himself banned. It's also too bad this thread is now about him. This makes me sad. Please don't be afraid to post on our forums. In my honest opinion, I feel Keanu Reeves would do well in this role. It's unfortunate that so many people don't understand that during a live action film there is no way to replicate everything that is done in a cartoon, so they need to expect something different. It's got a cool story, and I think Keanu is actually a really great choice for the role.

People were having trouble uploading at first, then nekofrogs computer crashed so there was a momentary time extension for him. There's a collab in the to be posted queue While i was taking a break from the internet, everyone else progressed musically by leaps and bounds while i'm still stuck in cinnamon toast beats 2.7 skill. Hopefully after some more collabs i can go solo again, but for now i need some help getting back up on my feet. Thanks for being a fan :3 wish we got more pictures together!
