Hello, my name is MangaMan and I'm the head coordinator for the Tears of the Moon: A Majora's Mask Musical project here on OCR. From one Zelda director to another, I was wondering if you could give me a few pointers. You see, I've been having trouble getting everyone in line with the project. I set deadlines, but no body is following them. I contact them personally, but nobody responds. Any advise?

If it's not too much to ask: Being a project coordinator, I've recently been having trouble keeping my guys in line. I've posted deadlines, but no body meets them. I personally contact each person and kindly ask them to at least tell me if they are still interested in the project, but most never get back to me. How do you handle such situations?

Thanks for for interest. I'll be sure to keep you in mind once we get to composing the music.
For now we are focused on the lyrics.

The Song Descriptions for the first CD are finally finished!

I've been writing lyrics for my personal projects for half a year, but they've mostly been silly lyrics that I do for fun. My process for writing lyrics is to first think about the subject matter, then brainstorm certain themes I want to portray in the lyrics. After that is done, I move on to making a rough of the lyrics not bothering with rhyming or anything yet. Finally, I go through and create a rhyming scheme out of my rough. I also find it a good idea to ask other peoples opinions on the lyrics before I sit down and record them. I wanted to know what other people here do for lyrics?

Alright. Say did you see that Kickstarter for that Final Fantasy 6 album? It was a good example of what I hope to achieve with my project.
