  1. The Grand Robot Master Remix Battle Voting for Round 7 has begun. The matchups are as follows: Remixer and Source VS Remixer and Source Arceace - Air Man vs Garpocalypse - Tengu Man Download the remixes from Round 7 The most important thing to consider when voting is how well the remix incorporates and arranges both themes. Production and enjoyability should also be considered, but this is primarily an arrangement competition. Everyone is allowed (and encouraged) to vote, including competitors. Everyone must adhere to the Competitions Code of Conduct. Please use this thread for remix reviews and feedback!

  5. Used to play this game a lot when I was a kid. This is pretty fantastic. This track really bumps. I thought the melody was getting a little lost in the beginning but it broke out so it's not an issue. Lots of small details; good attention paid to stuff like articulations. I don't agree with the "repetitive" points other Js are making. The structure here is pretty classic. I'm into this. YES
  6. Next compo I do I think we'll two-week mixing rounds, or maybe 10-day mixing rounds (as to encompass two weekends) and a shorter voting period.
  7. The Grand Robot Master Remix Battle Voting for Round 4 is not required, as both matchups only had one entry submitted. Jamphibious and Garpocalypse automatically advance. Voting for Round 5 has begun. The matchups are as follows: Remixer and Source VS Remixer and Source Arceace - Air Man vs Mak Eightman - Fire Man Download the remixes from Round 4 & 5 The most important thing to consider when voting is how well the remix incorporates and arranges both themes. Production and enjoyability should also be considered, but this is primarily an arrangement competition. Everyone is allowed (and encouraged) to vote, including competitors. 8. When you're a Muslim kid who's used to hearing that stuff at the mosque, it's weird hearing it in a fantasy video game.
  9. Unfortunately no, not yet. This is a good idea for a feature though!
  10. Music for round 4 will go up with music for round 5. I didn't get submissions from two people in either battle, so voting wasn't necessary for those battles. Those two people will go up against each other starting tonight.
  11. Very exciting. Samsho 4 was my pizza-place game that I spent far too many quarters on before discovering NEO GEO emulation. I have a real love for this series.
  12. GO VOTE Matchups for round 4 are live. Again, if any pair of eliminated remixers is interested in doing a friendly match, I will host it.
