  1. I have a feeling that if Sony had waited for a couple weeks to announce this news it would've been better for them. I wonder how many people that were planning to go buy a 60gig model now will end up not buying one after hearing this.
  2. TMPG Encoder is an encoder with lots of control over quality: http://www.tmpgenc.net/en/download.html
  3. I second that, that would nice for us to see as well.
  4. I believe this project has WIN written all over it.
  5. C'MON PEOPLES Lets make this tournament happen!
  6. Did you try running it in compatibility mode? http://www.theeldergeek.com/use_compatibility_mode.htm
  7. LOS ANGELES -- Don Herbert, who as television's "Mr. Wizard" introduced generations of young viewers to the joys of science, died Tuesday. He was 89. Herbert, who had bone cancer, died at his suburban Bell Canyon home, said his son-in-law, Tom Nikosey. http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/tv/1401AP_Obit_Herbert.html I love watching Mr. Wizard's World back in the day in Nickelodeon, RIP Mr. Wizard
  8. Well.. I can't speak for the website, but the store itself is amazing. I (my parents) started shopping at Starland in 1993 (I still even have the original members card, dated 9/2/93), though I haven't been there in a few years.. Well, at least I can just drive to Starland instead of having to order from the website
  9. Sure DFI is good, but at this point in time paying $160 for a S939 board seems pointless. (Also, that $160 board is AM2) Unfortunately though, there aren't many options left for S939 these days.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010200022+1070907495&name=Socket+939 Those look to be your options.. notice lots of Asus boards, heh.
  10. You know.. for all the years I've been messing around with/building computers I've never once bothered to watch for any static discharge when tinkering around. It's never been an issue, and I've never fried anything. (I'm not saying that you can just go poke in a computer without getting rid of any static charge on you, but just sharing my personal experiences. I am not responsible for you frying any of your hardware.)
  11. I'd like to stick with AMD. They need to get Barcelona out soon, though. It looks as if Barcelona could be a really good chip, but they've gotta release it first!
  12. I added my codes.. even for the games in the database that I never play on Wifi.
  13. Sad thing is.. I've been an AMD fanboy for years, but I've been comtemplating buying an E6600. After the price drop on it a couple months ago the price is REALLY attractive. The only problem is I have to buy a new motherboard, RAM, and cpu cooler, in addition to the processor, of course. Decisions, decisions..
  14. http://www.gameswank.com/portal/?p=488 Looks like Squeenix is doing a Final Fantasy IV remake in the Final Fantasy III style. Looks good to me! I loved the FFIII remake, if this is done the same way then I'll definitely be picking it up.
  15. Hey, my name was spelled wrong in the first post It's GeoDooD! ... As if it really matters anyway. Fix it!
  16. Pokemon Diamond FC: 4081 2073 0458 I've added a good bit of the people already on the list.
  17. Haha oops , I thought you asked for anime.
  18. I dunno if this site has all of what you're looking for.. but AnimeNation looks to have a good bit of what you might need. http://www.animenation.com/ They've been around for a while.. I bought the Chrono Trigger OSV from them like 6-7 years ago.
