If you get this, this is the error code for an overloaded or inaccessible server on Nintendos side. It's probably not working very well at the moment, and it is for all month, so you should have enough time to try again until it goes through. You do know it's resettable, right? You can just pick up the gift from the pokecenter and get different stats and nature.

Holy crap, it's been a long time since this was updated. Any way, in English-speaking countries, like Canada, the UK, the US, Australia, etc, there is a new WiFi event. Go online and get a Victini. Not just any Victini (not that they're common or anything, they're actually pretty damn rare seeing how the only event to get one was back at the launch of Black and White back in May) but one that knows three super-rare moves: V-Create, Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt. Those three moves are among the most powerful of all attacks and are only learned by the two version Legendaries, Reshiram and Zekrom. The event is only running until December 31st of this year, so you have about 4 weeks to get yours.

A recent episode of the Jimquisition show just went into this big rant about how bullshit people are for complaining about a score that is well within the "great game" range is somehow bad, and how everyone acts like 9/10 is now the average. Yes, he's a giant fat ass and uses that self-righteous act a bit too much, but god damn it, he's right in ever way. People see 7.5 and think "SHITTIEST GAME EVAR" without even thinking about it. That's 75% good. That's far more towards "good" than "bad". A game gets 8.5 and suddenly it's not only not good enough, but it's an insult to the developers and/or fans of said game. A 9.5? Oh god help you, it should have been a 10, you trolling bastard. Yahoo gave a game a 6 out of 5. Yes, that's right, a 6 out of 5. They give a game a score that equates to 120% of the maximum score they can give. Fuck review scores. They mean even less than they did when they were invented. Back then, they had some relative meaning. Now, they're just a way for the gaming public to rage for no god damn reason.

Didn't really get into the last several Mario games. I love the music for Galaxy 1 and 2, but I only played them part-way through. Same for Nee Super Mario (DS and Wii). Skyward Sword... I'm pretty neutral about it. It's another Zelda game so it should be good... but it's also another Zelda game, and they aren't exactly pushing an envelopes these days. I did complete Twilight Princess, but over the last few years, I've tried to play it again, only to give up at how uninteresting it felt. So no, not really looking forward to either of them. Playing Mario Kart DS a few weeks ago, I felt excited to play through all the tracks again. Even without unlocking all the karts and characters, it was still fun to race through the 50cc and 100cc tracks again. I'm expecting Mario Kart 7 to be a worthwhile purchase.

I just want Mario Kart to come out. That is literally the only game this season I am eager to get. No, I mean, literally. I have no interest in any other new game this winter. Not Skyrim (not into western RPGs), not any of the military FPSs, not Sonic, not Pokémon Rumble-whatever it's called. Nothing else. Mario Kart 7 only!

Here, have some news. http://bfads.net/Ad/GameStop-2011 The special edition Zelda 3DS, that black one with the gold trim and emblem? It's not a Europe exclusive. GameStop is having a Black Friday sale (that's a US thing, sorry Canada) and they clearly depict the Zelda 3DS in the ad. So, shiny black with gold trim in the style of Zelda? Nice looking. But can Ambassador status be sent to a new 3DS?

As a Lego man myself (but not a Halo fan at all), I found this to be mixed. The reconstruction of the map seems very accurate from what I've seen of the level from other videos, and the animation and parts usage (even the Brick Arms stuff, which isn't official Lego, but hey, it's all good) is done rather well. But it's Halo, which I have no particular knowledge or experience with. It's hard to tell what is going on with everything, because it seems to be about how weapons and fighting works. Red Vs Blue, it's more comedy and doesn't seem to rely upon the story of the game much (or at all, it seems). That's easy to follow. This... it's all action, but some of it seems random. Still fun to watch, I guess. Oh, if you watch the HD version, you can see the guys fingerprints in the "blood" effect. Time to start scanning it into the database and see if he has any warrants out for his arrest. TO THE CSI LAB!

Is there even any music in Angry Birds? I've played it for a while and I can't recall a single tune from that game at all. Even after looking it up on Youtube, I still can't say it deserved to be on this album. Seems to be included simply because the game is popular, not because it has better music than lots of other games. Also, Call of Duty gets two songs, as does Mario and Final Fantasy. Those extra spots could have been used for other games that deserve more coverage. Chrono series, Metroid had a few tunes that could be orchestral. Maybe something from Street Fighter? It's a good overall list, but it's a shame they doubled up on some series and tossed in a token popular game rather than giving those slots to music more deserving of it.

So, I noticed something cool about this song and the image of Nobuo on the front page. They sync with the bass beat pretty good. That makes this remix awesomer.

I... uh... I dance to this in my bedroom. It's not the prettiest dance, more of a waddle than anything else, but damn if it doesn't make me feel better afterward.

But the courts have prevented me from traveling across state and federal borders without an escort and/or monitoring device. You're right, and it makes sense that way. But it still annoys me.
