  1. Hello and greetings! As you see, i'm new here. I like Classic Doom series very much and decided to do own music. I'm not a musican, create tracks from time to time in FL Studio, because it's my hobby. But wanna now, what kind of fault i do. What i can do better? "Endgame" Isn't my first remix, but i think, is better than others. Thanks for all feedback Soundcloud version: https://soundcloud.com/mega-anukis/doom2-endgame-derailed-train-remix YouTube version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMu_diQM128 Oryginal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jf3UlZCBhOE
  2. So SEGA released the song for Park Avenue, one of the stages in the upcoming game Sonic Forces, so you know I had to add my lyrics to it!! Let me know what you think. I really like it.
  3. Original N64 Mix by Corey N64-CR - PR Remix Essentially a remix of a remix, Both of the Trophy theme that plays in Melee. Great times I tells ya.
  4. First-time post here, but I've been ghosting about for years ever since sequencing midis & entering composition contests over at VGMusic (as 'Spudge' if you've got a long memory!) I've just finished (I hope!) an orchestral arrangement of Phoenix Wright's Objection! theme from Spirit of Justice. I've tried to loosely ape Joe Hisaishi's style from his Studio Ghibli scores, closest to the theme from Howl's Moving Castle, but sadly nowhere near as jazzy! I'd love your thoughts on the arrangement and instrumentation; I was hugely limited by the native sounds in Logic Pro X, so strings play a much smaller role than I would have liked - but does let the piano take center stage. (...I know it's probably a mistake to have mentioned Studio Ghibli, as Hisaishi is an untouchable compositional powerhouse! But I can't deny I had his themes & approach in mind as I was arranging the thing). Thanks! EDIT: Sorry - here's the source VG track!
  5. I have no idea what time signature it's in. I believe that it's in 1/4, but I could be wrong I made three versions No 1. is in the key of D and it's in "8-bit" Format https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1cNg5GTkCUIS21vSWV0UXJFMWs No. 2 is made with the "Soundfont" in the original key of C https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1cNg5GTkCUINHBWNUFuYnRFXzQ (Yes. The drums are the Roland sf2 power drum set) No. 3 is an "African" style with marimbas and bells and what not; also in the key of C https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1cNg5GTkCUIN042amtPeWRGQkk These were all made using Fruity Loops; with Morphine and the LttP soundfont. ENJOY! Reviews are welcome.
  6. I remixed Demon Seed using an MPC and some synths. I added in some nice 808s with a drum pattern for the main loop that sounds like its straight out of 92. I laid down some nice story telling over this one. I made it just in time for Halloween. Sorry I didn't around to posting it till Mid November! I think you'll get a laugh and have a good time with this one.
  7. Hey guys, just released a new video of The Gates of Hell in Latin Jazz. I'm specially excited because I got a few friends to help me out with the percussion. I'd like to know what you think! And don't forget to dance!
  8. I had an old account that I hadn't logged into in about 7 years (2010) and needless to say I don't have that info anymore. If any of you remember Arsal, hey! Anyway, I'd been working on a remix of the Besaid Island Theme on and off for about 8 years or so and I finally reached something I liked a few months back. A bunch of my friends have suggested submitting it to OCR, but I really feel it's not quite there yet. Remix in question: And in case you're not familiar with the original source: Main things I'm looking for advice on are the drums and the ending. Some people I've shown this to say the drums are too repetitive. I personally love them as is, I'm more curious if it's really that glaring of an issue rather than advice on how to fix them. What I do need advice on how to fix though is the ending. It pretty much just exists because I don't wanna do a fade out for a song like this, but I don't think it's particularly good as is. I would like to eventually submit a remix of this song to the site, but I wanna get this version solid first even if it's not solid enough to submit. Thanks!
  9. This is a cover I did for Lagrange Point. I added lyrics to it, I hope that's not too much of a bummer. The lyrics is about relaxing and unwinding.
  10. Hey, this is the first time I've posted anything here! I'm a big fan of what goes on here, so now I'm trying to get involved. I'm a big fan of the NES Mega Man soundtracks, and battle music in general really. This track here is my favorite boss battle theme from the Mega Man series. Arrangement-wise I'm mostly happy with things. Though I've played music for a long time, there's still a ton I don't know about audio production, but I think this one is sounding pretty good so far. Original: Mine:
  11. FF7 Battle theme music remake (Originally composed by Nobuo Uematsu) Reorchestrated by me on Fl studio 12 DAW Mixed and mastered by Mathew Wallace Mail: Mathew_wallace@hotmail.it I'll love to receive your feedback! Thanks and enjoy.
  12. So a little while ago I had posted a brief track to a beat that had the sample. I extended that out a bit to something that I feel is much better. Any feedback would be appreciated, especially in terms of mixing cause this is the first thing I've mixed and mastered on my own.
  13. I am once again back with another remake. This time, it's Stickerbush Symphony from DKC2. Not exactly like the orignal, but the drum line is EXACT. What's even more cool is that I haven't heard the song in...6 months? Let alone actually played it... Instruments aren't exact either, changed the bass line a bit. Enjoy! https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1cNg5GTkCUIakV2U1NJcko1UVk
  14. Hello everyone, This is my first post here, but I've been lurking on your remixes for a while now. I'm in love with the "Title theme" song from Ocarina of time, and I thought it would be a good idea to remix it, I hope you will like it. This remix is a really chilled one, take a sit, close your eyes, and enjoy it. Feel free if you have any feedback. Thanks

  18. Wassup guys! So I did a vocal remix to Metal Harbor from Sonic Adventure 2, which I call "Take Off." Its all about Sonic! Hope you enjoy this one. Its a rock/rap mix.
  19. In a world where Mega Man 7's intro theme and Big Blue are combined - Mega Man kicks Captain Falcon's ass and joins the F-Zero Grand Prix... Lyrical idea given by @OceansAndrew over on Twitter when I was agonizing over it. I've been screwing with this for awhile, any comments on the mix before I submit it to the hallowed halls of OverClocked ReMix I'm always down for FEEDBACK! Source1 source2 Download for those who want it vs YT video: http://bit.ly/megafalcon Lyrics: High speed racing Burned in his blood But now It's in my circuits I feel the need for speed I push on the throttle Rock it like a shuttle Roll into first place I will never lose a race Pun ch through the sky, like a falcon above It mirrors the endless sea below me Kick through the pack Come up from the back I don't think I'll be the same Adrenaline flowing' Or at least I assume so Show me your moves So I can show you mine And Keep you in second place I'll take the first with grace You might get small taste In this battle and chase! I received this power by winning a fight So I may as well put it to good use! Punch through the sky, like a falcon above It mirrors the endless sea below me Kick through the pack Come up from the back I don't think I'll be the same I received this power by winning a fight So I may as well put it to good use!
  20. Original Title: Forest Interlude Description: Forest Interlude is one of my favourite tracks ever. DK land is also one of my fav games on the GB, so I decided to make an arrangement based on DK Land II OST Style. Link to the Track:
  21. Hey guys! Just looking for some general feedback on this remix. I'm at that point where I'm not too sure what else to be adjusting / paying attention to. I feel like the arrangement / mix are in pretty solid spots, but I usually end up forgetting about / missing something. Always good to have another pair of ears. Of the top of my head, I know I want to go back to a few of the synth parts and make 'em a bit more entertaining to listen to / more dynamic. (Also heads up, I think listening to the stream on box distorts the sound a bit) Thanks in advance for your time. https://app.box.com/s/a2gcbj5uau85sn6mlx0kb5xog16dscm5
  22. My remix of Box 15 and 16 from Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc I hope you enjoy it!
  23. Hey, everyone. Finally I got around to posting one of works on here. I'm pretty satisfied with how this came out, but I'm always striving to get better. Let me know what you all think!
