What ever happened to this thread, its one of my favorites... I looked and found nothing of the sort... I am going to start it off with a Tribute to John Williams, This is amazing. And the guy in the video is just lip syncing..... I have been watching this video about 3 times a day...

Good to see someone missing my child. I thought people had long since died to that method of sharing videos.

I hate to say it but I've really been getting into youtube poop and some of the CD-I footage. I'd buy official shirts of the king of hyrule saying 'after you've scrubbed all the floors in hyrule, then we can talk about mercy.'

Here are some good ones:

What's this, an opportunity for shameless self-promotion?!? Oh even better, it's LAOS!

Haha, some of that was pretty good :nicework: I would consider buying that shirt too

If you're interested in poop though, I've made some quality stuff myself. Here, you can have these first three for free

*opens up his trenchcoat and it's full of poop*

Actually, I try to be pretty original with my "poop-esque" videos, and have been getting nothing but great reviews. It's like "poop for people who think 90% of poop is a waste of time". While I do enjoy random clips with no structure or flow, I try to give mine a bit of a story, and a touch of epicness. They're a tad long, but if you watch any of them you HAVE to start from the start of the video, or you'll have NO IDEA what the heck is going on!

So far I've kept it very "family-friendly" too. Except there's a few "innapropriate" words in that alternate ending video.

[Edit] All these embedded videos in this thread are actually slowing down video playback >< DJP, you gotta help us!

Ima turn these into links. DAMN it's hard to turn these into links! ><

I'm working on #3 right now, it's looking like it'll be better than the other two. Within the next week I'll be releasing a trailer for it.

Yes. A trailer.

You obviously didn't look hard enough. It was the seventh topic from the top in Off-Topic.

AAAAHH Don't click those links, they lead to the first page of the thread, which has about 200 embedified videos!! Oh, nevermind, seems my browser is able to handle it just fine =)

Fast forward to 0:35. Ok, I know, it doesn't seem like the most spectacular skill in the routine, but bear with me: you'll understand in a minute.

That move is called a Tippelt. The way that skill works, you basically want to swing your feet as close to the floor as possible without actually hitting in order to get the maximum amount of power. BUT, if you actually do hit the floor on that move, you're very likely looking at two broken feet.

With that in mind, watch 0:35 again. Specifically, watch how the chalkdust flies off the floor as he swings through the bottom.

I would guess he's gotta be within about a centimeter of the floor to kick up the chalk like that.

Creepy. Also; Taucer, you get the zombie thread of 2010 award. Now eat my taco.

EDIT:

Well so long as we're talking about good videos we stumbled upon; this one was useful and amusing:

Here's one I've had for a long time, but rarely show to others because they usually just think it's weird and not funny.

Very very strange but funny. Excellent music.

Ok. I'll contribute.

I've recently become addicted to Pan-Kun videos. If you don't know the name you need to watch him RIGHT now.

Specifically:

Pan-kun does situps with James

Pan-kun with a magician

and Pan-kun crossing the street (4:40)

Hands-down one of the greatest French horn players I have ever heard. He makes arrangements for twelve horns and plays all the parts himself. Just listen, I can't do any of this justice by words alone.

Final Fantasy VII:

John Williams tribute:

Dream Theater:

His MySpace page has everything for download.
