duskvstweak Posted September 12, 2009 Posted September 12, 2009 So my friend and I made this video about playing Final Fantasy VII. The thing is, even as long as this video is, we didn't cover half the stuff from the games. Feel free to insult and tease, but after making this, all we wanted to do was play FF7. Quote
Brushfire Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 HAHAHAHAHAHA, That was silly. Also Sephiroth's mom was named Jamiroquai. I look forward to more good things from these gents. Quote
Sir_Downunder Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Awesome. Can't wait to see what happens when they go through FFVIII-IX. Quote
Elex Synn Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 That was too funny. I was on the verge of tears at the air ship part. Epitaph ftw! Quote
Fishy Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Hah, good stuff. Does just wanna make me play ff7 too. "What's Epitaph doing? Dude, epidural go away! ...." Quote
ZealPath Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 "She's a materia girl in a materia world" pushed me over the edge . Whole thing was pretty funny overall too! Unsurprisingly it did make we want to play though FF7 again, that may also be a symptom of the fact that I've only ever actually gone through it once. Quote
Thin Crust Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 I didn't get the part where shiva spent a long time icing everything. Quote
relyanCe Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 i laughed aloud a couple times nice work Quote
duskvstweak Posted September 14, 2009 Author Posted September 14, 2009 I'm glad you all liked it. You're the target audience so I'm happy with the results. Thanks for watching and commenting, it made Glenn and I smile. Quote
Sporknight Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 I didn't get the part where shiva spent a long time icing everything. It's because summons are looooooooooooooo... ... ooooooooooooooo.... oooong. Also, very funny video. I highly approve, and can't wait for more episodes. Quote

I highly approve, and can't wait for more episodes. Well I guess they should have used a different summon like Bahamut Zero or Knights of the round. But I still liked the video. Great job. Quote
Jenz Drake Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Wow Jordan and I laughed a lot... I was in tears a couple of times. hahaha Very great video. I hope you make more with your friend. Quote
Thin Crust Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 You know what's strange? I downloaded FF7 for my psp and ps3 a few days ago and I just started a new game. I still don't know which console I should play them on yet. I got to the second mako reactor on both. Quote

Everything else is like reading a book on the computer, it's just not in its element. Quote

Arcana Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 That was worth my 9 minutes and 18 seconds. Can't believe it only has a couple hundred views. Quote
SwordBreaker Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Nice video. I enjoyed that montage of feelings. Reminds me of how I felt back then and also makes me wish that I played through the game with a friend or something. I kind of interacted with other friends back then and played through the bonus Weapon bosses with them...but never like what's seen in this video. I've been replaying FFVII in my PSP right now and it's still an excellent game. Haven't touched the game since I finished it the first time so I'm finding some of the scenes and areas interesting. After making this video, all I wanted to do was go back in time, and play all my favorite games with Glenn. Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy VI would have been so much more fun with someone there to join with you. That makes me think of a new thread... http://www.ocremix.org/forums/showthread.php?p=594285#post594285 Quote
