Crowbar Man Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Amazingly superior to the terrible real Sonic 4 sound track. Quote
Brandon Strader Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Where is the game, who is Team Fasto, and is this a joke Quote
Brushfire Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Where is the game, who is Team Fasto, and is this a joke No way Black Dynamite. Quote
Crowbar Man Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Obviously a joke, but with fantastic music involved. Quote
Brushfire Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Obviously a joke, but with fantastic music involved. No way Black Dynamite. Nope.avi Quote
Level 99 Posted April 2, 2011 Author Posted April 2, 2011 The soundtrack is most definitely not a joke, good sirs. No spam, please only comment on the album (I'm looking at you, Brush!) Quote
WillRock Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 This is the best VG soundtrack I have ever heard. No seriously. Quote
42 Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Where is the game, who is Team Fasto, and is this a joke You mean you've never played Fatso the Speedhog before? Wow, dude. That game was the BOMB back in the day. Also I'm totally digging Rolling Thunder; very nicely Crush 40. The overall album is a stunning homage to the original source. Glad I was here when this was finally released. Quote
Brandon Strader Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 You mean you've never played Fatso the Speedhog before? More like Fatso the Feedhog, amirite Album, even if not real, is very well made Quote
Gario Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Awesome game with an epic soundtrack. Downloadin' now Quote
Otakatt Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Listening to the soundtrack now. It's sounding fantastic. Quote
JH Sounds Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Haha, I'm listening to it now. Great stuff, guys. who is Team Fasto Hint: Check the "Composer" field in the MP3 tags. Quote
The Phalanx Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 You mean you've never played Fatso the Speedhog before? Wow, dude. That game was the BOMB back in the day. Probably too young to remember it. Quote
Jamphibious Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 I lol'd really hard at Ark Factory Zone. Some pretty great tunes in here. That boss theme is awesome. Way better than the Sonic 4 boss theme in my opinion, bleh. Mechanical Rail is also a favourite. Quote
Devyn Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Can I get my money back from Sonic 4 and get this game instead? Just make the levels as good as the music sounds here and put the real hog in and you've got a worthy Sonic sequel. Let's just forget 4 even happened. Quote
Ramaniscence Posted April 4, 2011 Posted April 4, 2011 I lol'd really hard at Ark Factory Zone. One of my favorites! Anyway, now that the joke is over sometime this week I'm going to go through and PROPERLY tag all the songs. In case anyone hasn't noticed yet, if you want to know who to original artists are, just check the "composer" field for the Mp3s as JH said. Most are regulars of One-Hour Compo, along with some OC ReMixers and your expected ThaSauce players =P. And the wonderful album art was provided by the Otaku, because she's an amazingly talented artist. Quote
Usa Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 Yeah, great news — That means my remastered versions will also be on the final album so I didn't do them in vain Can't wait for the real thing to be released! Quote
suzumebachi Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 i love everybody. this turned out a lot better than i ever imagined it would. i would play this game. someday when i have time i will make this game. for the time being though, you can play the original Fasto the Speedhog to tide you over! (warning: may not close properly in some browsers due to hasty programming. maybe i'll fix that too some day) Quote
Soma Posted April 6, 2011 Posted April 6, 2011 I lol'd really hard at Ark Factory Zone. I don't quite get the reference, but it sounds so familiar. Quote
