KF Good idea in general, but considering the ridiculous size of this place (it's not just a hotel, it's a convention center as well), there's really no chance of us hitting any kind of fire cap. Hell, I doubt we'll actually need more than a fourth of the available meeting rooms based on last year's size. So I doubt there will be a reg cap. Quote

Details on the room before I book my flight? We are staying at the Gaylord Convention Hotel. Splitting the room cost evenly makes it 62.50 per guest for the duration of the stay. Quote
