vega12
That's good news. My friend already got a copy of GH3 (through eBay), but I put off getting one myself because of this error. Now that I know there's a fix on the way, I wish I tried to get a copy earlier because now I probably won't be able to get one until January 2nd.... and my friend only has one guitar
Bigfoot
http://www.nintendowiifanboy.com/2007/12/07/activision-to-fix-guitar-hero-sound-issues-with-new-disc/so looks like all you wii gh3 owners get to have your audio issues fixed which is pretty nice the fact that they couldnt just put out a patch is very disheartening though Come on, you really didn't think there'd be a patch, did you? Zombie
Umbrella chronicles is abnormally addicting... and the unlockable special mini-game thing is just random and creepy. Anyone else have the game?

Ray Falling
So we can finally exchange stars via Club Nintendo, but dang are the exchange rates a biatch. I think it's even cheaper to just buy a new points card *sigh*, there's always something u_u; I guess I'll get some so I can get Pokemon Snap though, but it just feels like a rip off with those rates. Oh well...

Airwalker
You whaskily Europeans, getting a Club Nintendo and free stuff and... and... Nintendo of America hates America! Edit: Nevermind... just figured you'd have to spend about $900 US to get a 1000 point card. We can still agree that Japan's Club Nintendo has it good, though... right? You get Wii points for registering your Nintendo games? What if I've already registered them? How many do you get for each game? Why haven't I heard about this before? Are you sure you're not making this up?

SirChadlyOC
Aww, crap. I like free things, but I'm not a big fan of moving out of the country to get free things. [sad puppy face]

Thalzon
$900 for 1000 points?! Are you kidding? Was that a typo? 'Cause if not, MAN... Who the hell in Europe would pay over 400 pounds/euros/whatever for 100 Wii points?
Arek the Absolute
Read all the posts. He meant you had to register 900 dollars worth of stuff to get 100 wii points.
VerSus22
Pokemon Snap on the Wii.Hopefully they'll get out some other titles that will interest me. Yeah, probably because of the ability to post photos onto your Wii Message Board.
Drack
NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams shipped. Comes out in Japan on Dec 13th, USA on Dec 18th. Support for it has been added to the ClanOCR database. Thanks to a leak I'm playing it already. The music is fantastic, the game is fun, I have no complaints so far though I've only played one mission so far.
The Damned
What's this about a new update killing my Wii's ability to play MP3 files off an SD card? Destructoid has a post about it. I have a tiny little 256 MB card, and I've never used it for playing music on my Wii... but still... having the option is nice. Also, now you can buy VC games for other people and send it to their system. Nice. North America confirmed.
Antipode
It's an optional update that allows mac users to listen to AACs/M4As instead of MP3s. Why they didn't just ADD the functionality instead of replacing it is baffling.
