I used to hang out with some people from lynchburg. I met them at fusion and we played smash and stuff. Well, there's four of us. Maybe we should do a meetup or something. I'm going to be around until the 10th of this month and then I won't be back until august. When do are you guys free? Thinking of places to go (there aren't too many, but) maybe we could go to Tanglewood or Valleyview or something. I don't think we have any arcade fighting games anywhere but there are some pump it up machines and ddr machines around if anyone plays that stuff (ie. me). Or we could go watch a movie or something. Discuss.

I thoroughly enjoyed this film. spoilers: I loved the first (3rd-ish) of the film when it was just Wall-E and the cocroach exploring the barren earth. It was a great exposition for the rest of the story and it also showcased the amazing animation while telling a sort of photo-story. I also loved the particle effects and such when Wall-E and Eve are flying through space together. M-o was also awesome. For some reason I can relate to his goal of keeping everything clean and in order

I've heard nothing but good reviews from everyone who has seen this film. I'm going to watch it tomorrow. Color me excited.

So, I was just going to post and say that this song is kickass, but I noticed that basically everyone has stated this, so I will say instead that this song is "badass." The production is like movie-soundtrack sharp and the interpetation of the melody is ingenious.

You could drum on a microphone and then remaster that sound in audacity to sound more like an actual drum.

Well put. I'd have to agree with just about everything you said. I will add, however, that while cheating is prevalent, it's not always the reason that people survive seemingly deadly assualts. I've found through spectating and playing a bit that sometimes the easiest way to survive attacks (especially from rapid fire weapons which spread and therfore become inaccurate) all you have to do is strafe a lot and jump a little and most of the bullets will miss. I guess that's part of the "Hollywood Action" aspect of the game. Sometimes I just wish there were a rocket or grenade launcher so I could say "strafe this you son of a @#$%!" and then hopefully get a kill. Oh, and be careful with nades. I've gotten kicked for teamkilling because of a badly placed grenade more times than I would like to admit. I get pissed sometimes because I'll throw one and it's like my partners are trying to actively find and stand on top of them. I'm like "No wai- kicked"

After much harrasment/counseling, I've weaned my friend off of WoW. I was okay with the game until it started getting in the way of melee sessions. Freaking guilds

Edit: Thanks for looking, sinewave. There is Clan OCR support for this and I already have my info up. You guys who play should add your info (name, frequented servers, etc.) I play on Alpha Clan whenever possible. Some people on that server are badasses, others are just asses.

I've been playing tenor saxophone for about six years in my school band. I took lessons for a litte while, too, but that had to stop because of sports and stuff. I also am trying to teach myself piano (we'll see how that goes.)

I don't know why but listening to this brought "Legend" to mind.... Anyway, really chill mix. I like how the synth strings slowly turn more and more distorted. I really love the percussion in this too. It's felt but not heard.
