I never like it when people suggest this. Samus is all alone most of the time. I don't think a movie could properly capture the Metroid spirit without heavy modifications. I would suggest a Left 4 Dead movie, myself. Featuring Louis, Zoe, Bill and Francis, of course.

I would agree with Captainneegee, here.

All I know about it is that MMZ:Collection was announced sometime last month or the month before, and is supposed to be released later this year. I've seen rumors that talk about the usual extras that Capcom throws in with their MM collections. There's even some that think Mega Man & Bass will be included as an unlockable extra. I don't know if it's a worthy collection for every MMZ player. But I never got to play any of the MMZ games before. Besides than, I've heard that MMZ2 is very hard to come by nowadays, so this is my chance, and I'm definitely going to take it.

I bought SIE1 on Xbox Arcade. Played it for a couple weeks. A lot of those stages really made my blood boil. Incredibly frustrating. Still, it could be quite fun. Interactive music is always a plus when it's done right. However, I probably won't give the second game a passing glance, even if it were to also come to Xbox Arcade. Just don't think I can stomach the torture again! I'll save that for Mega Man 10, or the upcoming MMZ collection.

Zero Punctuation (Hilarious) Game Reviews
JCvgluvr replied to sephfire's topic in General Discussion
I found this one (Bioshock 2) to be particularly funny. One of the best of his most recent 5, I think. -
Well, Portal 2 is a great announcement. But I'm not so sure about co-op. While I see the fun twists it could add, I'm not so sure this isn't another shoe-horning of co-op into a game that doesn't really need it.

How can I get better at something I've never done before, and have no experience in? I've never made a remix before, and I wouldn't have the faintest idea on where to start. Heck, the only reason I joined this forum was to find better conversationalists than those at Gamefaqs.
-
I should have been clearer. You all seem to be under the impression that I'm clever and creative enough to make remixes. That definitely isn't the case. >_>
-
I can vouch for a Metroid 2 Remake in the works. Gonna have SNES-caliber graphics.
-
I'm forcing myself to wait for the Xbox Arcade version. So, until then, I'll just lurk and observe opinions. *disappears*
-
Well, I've never been to any remix site besides this one. And I certainly haven't joined any of their forums. So, hopefully, you'll forgive me if I had no clue about animeremix.org With that said, do you guys have anything to say about my actual idea? Good idea? Stupid idea? roflcopteriffic idea?

I know, it's not gaming related. Bear with me. Here's my idea: What if we took the Aqua Teen theme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=68MqgP2xlag And the beatbox version of the Futurama Theme: And they were combined together in some sort of versus-style, rap battle remix...thingie? Like, for instance, it could start with Bender going: "Here we go y'all!" And then Schoolly D starts with "My name is..." and then comes "Zoidburg, Zoidburg, z-z-z-z-Zoidburg." And at some point in the song, comes, "Cuz we are da Aqua Teens, make da homies say [insert Farnsworth's OH MY]" And...yeah, that's as far as my idea goes. Whaddya think? Sounds interesting? (BTW, yes, I know Futurama isn't exclusive to [Adult Swim]. But who cares? It was Futurama's claim to fame.)
-
It just gets better and better! I'm going through hype mania!
-
Alright, sounds like a satisfactory explanation. Thanks.

Why is Batman traveling through time? (I don't read comics.) I know he got hit with Darkseid's Omega Beam...but that's it. I'm more of a DCAU kind of guy. Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill FTW!
-
Did I mention that I was excited by the Sonic 4 announcement? Because...I am. I've never been this hyped for a Sonic game before. (Even if Sonic Unleashed for 360 came close.)
-
Only Mario can make turn-based RPG combat fun for me. Everything else is boring or not interesting.
-
O_O Am I the only one who remembers a really good RPG getting a sequel made by Obsidian and said sequel sucked in comparison? On the other hand, I like how sequels are horribly scrutinized as glorified mods and expansions nowadays. Back in the day, I never would have thought that way about games like DKC2, or Mega Man X2, or Sonic 3 & Knuckles, or Super Monkey Ball 2...I'm not saying Fallout New Vegas won't be a glorified mod/expansion, but still, why assume the worst?
-
Now THAT'S what I'm talking about Sega! Name revelation, stage concept art, and speed IS a reward...hype is rising at extreme levels! Extra bonus...extra bonus...hmm.
-
The only GBA game that focused on speed was Sonic Advance 2. The other ones balanced it out. Heck, the original Sonic Advance could have quite easily been called Sonic 4, and nobody would've complained. It's the closest Sonic Team has gotten to the genesis-style formula.
-
Hope...rising...or am I mixing that up with hype?

I'm excited for the supposed return of the Hero of Time. But the lack of Master Sword disappoints me right out of the gate. However, if it ended up getting replaced with something as awesome as the sword that came with the Fierce Deity's mask... When it comes to Twilight Princess, the only thing I like to complain about is the lack of a Biggoron's sword, or something like it. That's it. I liked all of the dungeons. I liked all the story, main points and details included. I liked all of the items, both old and new. The only reason I didn't find it as compelling as OoT was because it wasn't OoT. I think playing that for the first time was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will never be replicated in any game, whether it's a new Zelda game or something else. Same idea with me liking Super Mario World more than I like NSMBW.

Don't be hatin'. Truth hurts, dawgz. ...Well, that was my attempt at being non-serious. I'm going to bed now... ...Did you ever notice how the word "bed" actually looks like a bed?
-
And you people laugh at 360 owners paying for their online service. Well, how's free online working out for you now?
-
Do you think you'd play a lot of games with them if you did get a 360? If the answer is yes, get one right now. The Xbox 360 is good to play with friends. Also, what do you think about achievements? Are you even slightly interested in them? If the answer is yes, then, once again, I would recommend getting a 360. Of course, the best idea is to get both at some point.
