  1. Oh yeah, this is a straight up party mix and I'm loving it. Great beat, lots of energy, and fit for dancing to. Sweet stuff.
  2. Hahahahaha, oh man, this will never leave my head when I play Cut Man's level now. So goofy, it's hard not to smile while listening to this one. The western arrangement with the silly lyrics makes it seem like something less out of the Dollars trilogy and more something out of Rango, but it fits so well with Cut Man's melody. If this is a taste of what's to come in the future, I gladly welcome it. Nice work and great debut on OCR.
  3. Great arrangement and solid ambiance that varies up over time. Really digging the section after 2:44.
  4. Alright, I’m going to just say it….I like both this mix and the original mix of this theme. It seems like everyday I go back and forth on which one I like better. But for this mix, I do like the electronic elements used to enhance the track here, and this sounds more like the actual fight, whereas the original sounded more like a pre-fight theme, if that makes any sense to anyone. Both themes are great, so score another win for the bad guys. Great debut for HoboKa and another great ReMix under Flexstyle's belt as well.
  5. Sweet, smooth seaside ReMix. Gotta love that sax and the percussion of this one sounds great. Nice job working in the seascape noises in the intro, it really sets up the mood. Between the sax and electric guitar, this is perfect for someone like me who needs that little extra kick to fully relax to something that conveys an open air scene like this.
  6. It's really hard to get anything more beautiful sounding than a solo-piano piece when done right and done with tracks as tranquil and serene as the waters of DKC. It's not even just a solo-piano mix that follows the source closely, as even though it does follow the source nicely, there are several areas of actual interpretation and originality in here that makes it the ReMixer's own, so that was splendid! Great work and amazing debut. Hope to see more of this ReMixer.
  7. Hey, thanks for the kudos, and have a great day!

  8. Caught myself nodding my head to the beat. This is 9-bit and halc at it's best. Very catchy, and the entire ReMix makes for a relaxing, yet productive, environment.
  9. That intro is sick with the stuttering beats! Gets trippy in several areas, but never gets overly chaotic and maintains a great melody in its arrangement. Nice to see that you can get away with sneaking in some of the original in this ReMix. Easily one of the best ReMixes from the album
  10. Smooth and chill with an upbeat flavor, especially towards the end. It's chippy, it's happy, it's Insert Rupee. There's nothing really more you can say other than you know it's great when these two ReMixers get together.
  11. Ah, classic Morse with a little more funk (which is incredible), a little more ice appeal, and a little more electronica. Great beat, nice variations as the ReMix went on and overall, very strong production from what I could hear. Four on the floor, but five out of five.
  12. I actually dig the late 60's (if I didn't read the write-up, I'd have guessed early 70's) style arrangement and the vocals here. It's interesting and done pretty damn good. Just has that classic rock sound down and I have to give you a hell of a lot of props for it. Lot of things going for the positive column in this ReMix.
  13. NiGHTS is recognizable in just about any way that it's used, and being blended with some Panzer Dragoon style arrangement that makes it sound a little adventurous is a cool idea to say the least. The little bits of electronica along with the piano is fantastic and I can see what the others are saying about this having a bit of a Firefly vibe. Great idea here.
  14. This is almost too happy and upbeat. Almost. It's got a very natural cheery sound and it's just the sort of ReMix to spread a little joy. Loved the use of the accordion the most out of all the instruments.
  15. Somewhat dark and mysterious, with a touch of sadness at times, that's what comes to my time. The vocals add to the atmosphere and all in all, this was a emotion provoking ReMix. Nice.
  16. Ignition is right. This is like a freaking high energy, high octane rocket taking off! Does sound like it would fit in a high paced movie or a MMX soundtrack. Those guitar licks are sweet and it has just the right amount of kick to get you pumped! Chipsolo was a fun idea and it worked well. Awesome ReMix, loved it!
  17. Very cool work making this theme pop out and relaying the tense idea of battle into the soundscape. The hawk sounds were welcome. I even liked the second one, honestly. Great arrangement and production, and a pretty good ReMix.
  18. Hearing the upbeat electronia dance beat influence for PR in here, but TGH still managed to put a pulsating spin on it that gives it life. The second half of the ReMix is where it really seems to shine and switch things up, but overall, lots of energy and a good beat makes this enjoyable.
  19. Definitely expressive and the guitar and synths work together nicely. The solo and piano additions were a great highlight for me and it was cool to hearing the blending of styles here. This is a ReMix where I think the negatives that some point out are part of the positives for me. Not bad.
  20. Beautiful piano work, Rexy. The sources all flow together smoothly and the production sounds top-notch. Well done. Wonderful ReMix.
  21. Definitely hearing some of the Judas Priest vibe in here. Sixto never seems to ever come up short with his guitar. It's just a matter of higher or lower amount of success. Either way, this sounds like a pretty successful and intense sounding ReMix, which certainly outshines the original. And good lord, man, those solos are insane! So good.
  22. Considering the blend of so many different influences into one track, it's simply impressive that it went together cohesively. Nice work on this ReMix.
  23. I personally always love it when a ReMix sorta looks into the world and view of the Robot Master it represents. Lyrics fit right in to Concrete Man and I love Akuma's vocals over them. Great use of vocal and musical glitching. This is really catchy, especially in the chorus. The entire arrangement seems as solid as......well.....concrete.
  24. Interesting ReMix for sure. Electronics behind some ambient and natural elements, not something I hear often in this exact way in terms of level of each element used. Great hybrid work.
