i was really thinking about this the past week.. but i was told recently that i shouldn't think as much and should just do stuff. i'm totally for this project and if y'all need help in any way regarding project assistance then hit me up on the PM's.

I hope y'all can get something happening. I love Bound Together and to even just have a re-release with some album artwork would be cool.

I feel like this kind of stuff happens with PS3 games more than any other type of system. I.E. Skryim and that dumb Silent Hill HD collection disc. I'm not sure how this stuff gets by exactly. Maybe stuff really does work before release, and then on release day things just go haywire and stuff glitches the heck out. Or maybe those testers are the ones that got the few copies that actually work while 90% of everyone else doesn't. It's silly. And it especially sucks for people who don't have Wi-Fi access all the time.

nothing last forever either. if he was arguing for more money he probably wasn't too satisfied with his job. that seems like it'd be the case. i'm more curious about who bungie is going to hire for composition now (if they even need to hire anyone else) or if the music quality will fall in any way. they still make awesome games regardless so its cool.

i'll host a listening party in my dorm room, with the windows down and speakers extremely loud if you release it tomorrow.

1. What first encounter with VGM? What kind of effect do you remember it having on you? I started noticing VGM on my gameboy. I'd let the Pokemon Gold Title theme go on forever while listening to it close to my ear. Family said I was wasting the battery, but I really enjoyed the music. From there I'd just listen to the music while playing a lot, pausing games at certain points and what not. I just grew up with a unique appreciation for music that most didn't have. 2. At what point do you remember considering yourself a VGM fan (or OCR fan) in relation to your first VGM experience? I just started listening to a lot of VGM and downloading soundtracks randomly one day. It was a progressive thing but it probably started sometime in high school. Was fun. 3. How did you hear about OCR? Youtube videos. Saw a video with Passing of a Blue Crown in it, but didn't actually know it was from OCR. Eventually found a Pokemon remix by ProtoDome on this site (by random searching) and fell in love with the site. 4. What do you feel would be some non-musical examples (fan art, videos, interpretive dance, horse racing, rock-throwing) of the OCR society? Not sure I completely understand the question, but I think fan art is pretty close. It's also a breeding ground of sorts for future VGM musicians. 5. How has VGM and OCR affected your life? Inspired me to learn and make music. About 1 1/2 years after finding the site I was posted. It was pretty awesome : D

cool, i've got a half finished song. if it fits even as a bonus track, that'd be nice. i've been wanting to do something for this for a long time, but without a computer it's been difficult. at least i got an extra theme : D

i'm totally cool with this idea. i think it'd be an awesome idea for all the OCR compos. i'd definitely have to make edits to twisted chemicals. that's one of my favorite tracks i've done but it does need a bit of polishing.

I was talking about Pihyara Flute, actually. I'll let you know if I come up with anything, though.

so if i gave a remix for that last song really quick, would you guys still accept it at this point? i'm starting to get ideas, and i might do something anyways but lemme know if you guys want it.

i'll message tgh, but since mine and his song is already done i'm gonna see if we can just push ours to another album idea (like LT mentioned) or if we'll just submit it as is. that is if this doesn't get taken over by someone else.

im gonna enjoy the game either way, but i kind of hope that there's some opportunities for combos like in melee. those are very fun to pull off and it'd add a lot to the game. as of now it looks great. i love the new items they're bringing in. especially the assist trophies. the masterball addition is good too. easier to tell which pokeballs i should actually go for.

Sceptile would make sense, i'd like meganium the best, it would be cool to have a dinosaur beast like pokemon to play as, and it's also the best starter from johto. if a 3rd generation remake is to come though, i could totally see sceptile happening.

the drums sounded really dark for the first part, but it got better later. very cool song

I started a WIP for this on the brawl theme. I might need to a bit of additional help outside this project though 'cause I'm definitely not a drum n' bass person (hopefully this hasn't been done before!) Hopefully this works out well!
