This. I think everyone's going to be upping their game for this compo as well, so I'm expecting some top notch tunes.

Sounds better but there's still some rhythmic issues that drag this down. Mostly everything (except for the pad stuff) is centered, pan instruments around to help clean up the mix. Not sure if I like the pluck as an instrument: it sounds like a piano layered over a guitar. If that's the case, then pan each to make that distinction clear, and you might want to choose a more acoustic and less clunky sounding guitar/piano. This is a pretty nice improvement, keep improving!

Just to clear this out of the way before we get started, how much collaboration is allowed? For example, is it okay if I write guitar parts for my piece but have Tuberz play em? Is the answer different if I have him playing a quick solo or backing chords as compared to a lead? Also I've updated my picks.

Just posting to say that Tuberz and me are on a team, our third is TBA if he gets back to me soon enough. Also, holy shit do we have some powerhouse teams already. This is gonna be fun.

Highs are still a little too harsh - EQ the top end off of them a bit to soften em up, and maybe put some reverb on the hats to push em back a tad. The piano lead lacks prominence, I'd choose a different sample or maybe a different instrument. Still, this is a step ahead of the last one, so good job on that.

I agree with argle about the samples, that first instrument sounds very fake. When the flute comes in with the run up and down, it seems to lose time a bit, again I think due to the samples. Your lows sound a tad muddy due to wetness of the reverb I believe. Some cool orchestration, but there are some production issues that pull this mix back.

The strings' attack in the beginning is oddly harsh and makes them sound fake. Also you might wanna adjust the low cut or maybe even lower the reverb in the bass - it's muddying up your mix. Also there's very little dynamic work in the piece, making the arrangement seem anti-climatic. Once you humanize this it'll sound a lot better.
