  1. Hey, I really like the track. Reminds me of the Crimson Tide theme song, nice memorable melody. Couple of things: The bass needs taming. It's resonating quite a bit and is overpowering at times, kinda ruins the mix. A boost to the highs would do it good too.
  2. Hello, I've made a remix of a song by Alphadeus (https://soundcloud.com/alphadeus), a composer who makes lots of videogame-inspired music in various styles. This is my favourite of his tracks, I had fun remixing it. You can hear the original track here:
  3. Nice idea. This is the most synthwave-y track I've done. Could do with a spruce-up in terms of mix and master, though don't know when/if I'll get round to that.
  4. Ah, not played that one. I just use the stock Cubase synths, nothing fancy.
  5. New song, heavier than my other stuff, feels like I'm steadily finding my feet in terms of genre. Heavier, grittier, synthier + guitar solos. Some other tracks are available to download from SC.
  6. No problem, I love that song as well. Vaguely thought about doing a cover of it myself some time.
  7. Nice idea. It is pretty barebones, and the rhythm gets kinda dull. The accompaniment would depend on what kind of style you want it to be, but I'd say at least some guitar.
  8. Really nice. I would say maybe use more panning to get a bigger stereo spread. Also the arpeggio line on piano is much more prominent on the original synth track, dunno if that was a stylisitic choice by you but it's a major part of the orginal.
  9. I think it's simply a basic vocal synth patch, layered with different pitches and reverb. You can find these patches in most DAWs, for example here's one I did in Cubase just now: https://www.dropbox.com/s/s8zjejkg3332gam/choir.mp3?dl=0
