If you sent your .torrent files to open with Opera, they will work just like they would in a client. Except your school network obviously can't block a browser so it bypasses the problem.

Use Opera instead of a bittorrent client.

Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening: Threshold of a Dream - History
Xenon Odyssey replied to Aetherius's topic in Projects
i want to steal your piano wip dhsu but my ear is terrible (fyi this is a request for a transcription) -
I used a Gameshark to [insert verb for 'beat'] Star Fox 64. Also there are a million games I haven't played (including but not limited to any Street Fighter game, Secret of Mana, Earthbound, Final Fantasy 1-3, 5&6, and 8-13, etc.)

Team Teamwork: some of the tracks are good, but others really miss it by a long shot. Sleaze: To be honest, I didn't make it halfway through the CD. His flow wasn't really that good and some of the deliveries he make combined with how he chopped and skewed the songs really just put a bad taste in my mouth. Where's Norwegian Recycling when you need him? Shame he doesn't do requests.

Totally digging the pseudo-big band groove going on. Really my only complaint is the ending. Just a re-hash of the SMB2 theme and then a small chord? I was expecting something more. Other than that, pretty awesome!

OCR01816 - Mega Man 3 "Magnet Missiles"
Xenon Odyssey replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
Holy RBF, this remix is sweet. Trombone shredding is absolutely golden. 1:39 - 1:58 is MAGICAL. And the keys! We need more improvisation in mixes (not too much, mind you; this mix had just the perfect amount to make it interesting and not seem like it was droning like some jazz tunes). This'll be on repeat for a while; salute to you fine gentlemen! -
How long has it taken you to musically get where you are today?

Google gives me these: http://www.maestro.ws/network/composerlistings/index.htm http://jobs.myspace.com/a/ms-jobs/list/q-Composer http://www.simplyhired.com/a/jobs/list/q-Music+Composer I don't think such a website exists, but if you do a little digging I'm sure you'll find something that will do you good. Nobody said searching the classifieds was easy. I bet I'll be doing the same thing in 2 years

OverLooked ReMiX has accepted this remix of Jack Black meets Zelda

OH, you wanted some critique. As awesome as the piano lick is at 2:16, it seems like the sample doesn't like to be up in that high register. Maybe some EQ or something so it doesn't seem that awkward. It really feels like this mix should start at :40 as well. Even though it may in the style of an 'OLReMiX' to you, if you polish it up some more I don't see any reason not to send it to the panel; I doubt they get enough 'fun' stuff like this.

+1 The thing in the hint that made all the american EB fans' balls even bluer was the fact that it only was describing places in America. If you had no idea what the places were called, you'd be prone to think that something was finally being released in America that has already been out elsewhere. Or you can be like me and think it was Cruis'n USA, only to find out it's already been on VC for a while
-
It can't be Earthbound, because the tears of all the American Earthbound fans are too delicious to Nintendo to just have them stop.

Good question. Jon hasn't posted in a year, so I assume school has taken over their lives. It's a shame, but that's life.

Happy birfday Give us more bad news.

why do you play other people's music?
Xenon Odyssey replied to xRisingForce's topic in General Discussion
Pretty sure the existance of the thread is for the OP to ask some vague question that has millions of answers and interpretations, and when someone posts an answer that isn't the OP's, he spouts a bunch of hate. As a person, why would I want to play Beethoven? Because I can. Why the fuck does anyone else in the world do anything at all? Because they can. Tristan and Isolde = Romeo and Juliet -

I play other peoples' because I can't stand my own. -
Definately rent 360/PS3. Why play the Wii/PS2 watered-down version for any reason? I have yet to play the 360 to any depth, but the couple of stages I played on the Wii were good, save for the asinine controls for the werehog.

This game is amazing. Yet I suck. And apparently I have a controller that has the UP and Start buttons wired together so it randomly pauses. Sam, you need to do a song for them!

You should ask Liontamer because I honestly doubt djp even remembers he has a PM system on the forum
