  1. Hello! Another attempt to be like one of my favorite bands PAIN Not sure I've reach anywhere close. What do you think? Remix: Source:
  2. Hey there boys and girls! This is the first time I've posted on this forum in...years. I'm currently participating in a weekly music challenge, and this passed weeks theme was the perfect excuse to do a remix (as the challenge was changing the feel/mood of the first Tomb Raider's theme track). I decided to do some craziness and keep some of the orchestration from the original, expanding on it, and then flipping it completely upside-down. Honestly I haven't had this much fun composing a remix in years, so this was quite refreshing for me. The track (as tagged in the title) is completed as far as I'm concerned. I still welcome feedback as I'm currently progressing my mixing/mastering skills. Point though is that I'd like to make this my first ever track to be submitted and (hopefully) accepted on to the website. Source Track https://soundcloud.com/sh0rtcircuit-1/strong-willed-tomb-raider-remix The Remix Above all of though, I hope that you'll enjoy what I've put together here. Cheers! Update: I decided to re-mix/master the track, hopefully for the better.

  6. Hey all, I made a simple remake of one of my favorite tracks from Skyward Sword. I added Zelda's lullaby to the tune since it fit so well in my opinion. Hope you enjoy it! -Juke
  7. Hey there! I'm a big fan of the Animal Crossing series and the music is a huge part of why I love it so much. I recently collaborated on an arrangement of the 8PM music from Wild World, which is one of my favorite pieces in the series. It's such a simple and sweet tune, and we decided to give it a little bit more of a live feel. I'm using an Arturia Beatstep Pro to drive the drums and the Soniccouture Canterbury Suitcase EP VST for the keys. A full gear/software list is in the video description.Last but certainly not least, the wonderful Ifnot provided the guitar performance, including that wonderful solo at the end It was a blast to make. I hope you like this little rendition.
  8. Hey everyone, I made a simple remake of one of my favorite tunes. I added in Zelda's theme as well, since it seemed to fit in well, and you also have to play Zelda's theme in OoT to summon the Great Fairies. Hope you enjoy it! -Juke

  12. I chopped up Firelink Shrine from Dark Souls OST and made a cool beat with it. Added horns, additional string melody, drums and bass. Never done a remix like this before, it was pretty fun crafting it! LazyVideoEdit

  16. Hello people. Wanted to share here one of my work. It isn't supposed to become an OCR thing, but just wanted to share it with you, as i think it's one of my "best" work so far. Even if i'm still a noob with synth and i still have a lot to learn about mixing. But anyway, here it is, any kind of feedbacks, even harsh ones are welcome, as my goal is to keep on improving =)
  17. Hello OcR's, I've made a weird combination of Vampire Killer from Castlevania I with a touch of Beginning (Stage 1) from Castlevania III and synthwave.
  18. Hi! I'm djRyoji, a music student who recently got into music production after years of doubts. I use Reaper for all my (currently few) projects and they are all made from scratch. I made an account hoping that I would get some advice from the more experienced! I'm still trying to figure out Reaper, I know my music stuff but I'm kinda learning music production by myself, so for now I practice by making covers of 8-bit songs, among other things. Here's my latest song, Breager's Palace from Gargoyle's Quest: https://youtu.be/tnN0Nm29fp4 (how do you insert videos here? ) I have a couple more on the channel, please feel free to listen to those as well. Thank you!
  19. Hi Guys, this is yet another medley of the great Castlevania I. I would be greatfull for feedback :).
  20. Guitars : Shreddage 2 Drums : Shreddage Drums Bass : Shreddage Bass 2 Horns : Session Horns Pro Amp : Guitar Rig 5 About Section So a little about this track in particular. My first ever interaction with megaman was the MMX collection for the Gamecube. In that version the tracks were the arranged ones. I instantly enjoyed the music and still go back and listen to it to this day. So it wasn't later that I discovered the SNES version of the OST and again I loved it. So with this remix I wanted to capture that Saxophone and Brass parts of the arranged along with the rock rhythm guitars to combine them into something I thought that it should sound like.
  21. Hi all, What do you think about my new cross over. Zelda meets chopin! Feel free to comment, and enjoy! https://youtu.be/pNlLOrfDLX4
  22. Had a blast with this one. Hope you all enjoy. THE 7TH FANFARE - FFVII REMIX Type-R
  23. Hey all, Not sure if this really qualifies as a remix/cover as it's a blend between two songs with new lyrics, but I think you all will enjoy. If you need a break down on how this song correlates to the two original songs aka "Simple and Clean" and "Sanctuary", then let me know and I'll explain. Otherwise please enjoy! We worked really hard on this one :). Ohh, there's also a music video XD ENJOY!
