Gamespot story.

"Are we done doing HD Remixes? No we're not done."

Gamespot was most interested in Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 but I'd bet if anything it'll be Darkstalkers. 2009 is the series' 15th anniversary and Capcom loves celebrating anniversaries. Plus it'd be a much smaller project than MvC2.

Whatever it is I want OCR to do the soundtrack again. SSF2T HD Remix's soundtrack kicks SFIV's soundtrack's ass.

Backbone handled the development of SFHD so if those games are under production a new HD Remix could be made simultaneously at Backbone while MvC3 is being worked on over at Capcom in Japan. Everybody wins!

This is false on so many levels.

Personal preference I guess. I do like SFIV's soundtrack, I just like SFHD's better.

I'm also in agreement that a non-fighting game would be cool. Megaman X, Ghosts and Goblins, Final Fight...

They already remade Megaman X on the PSP, doubt they'd do it again, but GandG or Final Fight would rock. I too would like to see Strider make a comeback as well.

MMX already got a 3D remake, and MM1 got one also... I doubt they'd do HD versions. The sheer amount of characters in MvC2 seems like it wouldn't be worth the trouble, but Darkstalkers would be cool.

Sounds like I need to play this Darkstalkers. Never seen it before.
