Good stuff Jam. I commented on a few of your videos. I've been trying to capture some matches that my friends and I have been having, but I need to hook my vcr up to my capture card first.

Ike kind of reminds me of cloud with his whole "I can hold a large sword with one hand; Therefore, I don't have to talk to you" thing going on. I'm sure you're unhappy about marth's exculsion (so far), illiterate. I know he's your favorite character and everything. I hope Ike plays a little bit differently than Marth. I mean, just having a sword was a big advantage in Melee, and if Ike's even decently quick, I'm sure a slightly modified move set won't really hurt his playability.

Meh, I say as long as it's better than The Hulk and there are plenty of good explosions, I'll be content. I saw a behind the scenes interview of the production for this film and the Iron man suit looks pretty cool. I suppose I should start holding these marvel comic movies to higher standards if they're going to make them to death.... but I'd probably just be setting myself up for dissapointment then.

Excellent work taking this tune in a direction other than hard rock. The samples (sans the brass) all sound great. I don't really see what the problem was there. My favorite parts of this are the intro and the ending. There is an excellent build-up to the fast section. And like the arrpegios and the percussion runs at the end. I always love to hear fighting game soundtracks remixed, and GG is a game I recently picked up, so it's doubly cool. Great debut, both of you.

Eww, Stepmania on any handheld sounds like you're asking for finger problems. Can you config the buttons for use instead of the d-pad on PSP revolution? I've never heard of it before.

Has anyone ever heard of this before? Kwonho and the official website Kwonho is basically an mmorpg 3D fighting game. Basically the kind of thing I've always dreamed of but feared would never work. I'm going to try it out for myself soon, but I was just wondering if anyone else uses it and could comment on it.

I accept your challenge! rawr. /joke I love the other DK level btw. (the one with the monkey rap. The sadly edited version, that is.) The platforms are interesting, and the logs and fish are good for random goodness. Luckily you don't automatically die when you fall beneath the main stage like in the other DK level (river.) And there's a barrel!

I'd like to point out that in most American tourneys, we only ban stages if there is some large flaw in the stage (such as the horrible camera zoom-out when the ufo comes in fourside.) Lots of tournaments use poke-floats and even brinstar as counter pick stages. It's mainly the japanese who limit the stage select to one or two. And I hate the IC's level in melee. Then again, I hate everything about the IC's existance in melee. DK's rivier level is a pain in the ass too. Some people can use the water to their advantage, but too often when I'm gaurding at the edge the attack knocks me backwards into the water and by the time I jump I'm already underneath the stage.

Yeah, this looks like a great meet-up. I like how jam sessions just materialize out of nowhere when ocr has meetups. (Not that it doesn't make sense. Lots of us are musicians.)

I thought that was the plan, too. Not that I'm against multiple podcasts. As long as they are both qualified to represent OCR and its sacred heritage. fo' rizzle.

Haven't read the latest book yet, but I'm looking foward to it. I'm pretty unhappy to say that I missed all the opening night madness on Friday~Sat., but it was so I could watch my sister and her band perform that evening, so I don't really regret my decision. It is weird knowing that the series has finally come to an end, though. Those books have been around for most of my adolescence. I'm happy to report that the book smashed sales records despite the leaks that occured prior to release.
