  1. This ReMix is freakin awesome. At first I didn't like the vocals, but after hearing the whole song, and listening to it thorugh again, I realise the vocals make a great introduction/buildup to the Lvl 99 rockage.
  2. Wow. Good job with this. I don't know how but this song completely holds my attention for every freakin second. If you've listened to the Flaming Lips this is like one of their non-vocal/atmospheric tracks that are thrown in each album, which I tend to like. So kudos for that, and kudos big time for taking such a simple song and making such a simple ReMix that can grab attention and heartstrings like beggin' strips to dogs. This is pretty mindblowing stuff.
  3. Yeah I don't think we're allowed to post public WIP's, which is why it's like "omg no work".
  4. MOD EDIT: pixietricks was trying to respond to this post but (using zircon's mod powers) accidentally edited it and we couldn't get your post back. But we did read it, and appreciated it, so oops :> MOD EDIT 2 (a.k.a. Larry uses his back button to restore Blake's review...): God where was I when this was posted. I can't believe I missed this mix. It's absolutely awesome. And Shonen your voice is strangely appealing to the ears. Really great job, especially in the middle of the night. Pixietricks is amazing as usual. Gosh dang. I love creative minds who can make referring lyrics like these in the middle of the night. The D-Lux break down is cool too. Good job with that. Zircon's electronic work, with that keyboard, and the whole putting it together, and of course GeoTaucer's awesome guitar. It's like you guys turned Zircon's house into a videogame Harlem. MOD EDIT 3 Just kidding that was just me
  5. Yeah this sounds awesome. Just throw any fast paced marching drumline beat in and it will sound twice as good.
  6. From what I know, something similar to the Stormwind melody comes in at 1:57 with different chord structure from the original. I don't know if a GW chord progression here is backing a guild wars melody at 1:57, but if they're both, awesome. Stormwind continues on. The piano that comes in at 2:40 takes place of the original choir backing. 4:02 really reminds me of the cathedral district in stormwind, and stormwind continues. I dont recognize any familiar take at 4:26 of WoW, but until the end of the song the song is laced with tidbits at its melody. So overall, WoW music is heard throughout the majority of the song as well. And from what people are saying about GW taking up most of the song, it looks like Wingless has done a great mixture of both.
  7. Ditto. I'd love critique, and am always willing to improve my stuff. I was afraid some would be disappointed by this, and my fear was confirmed (if it was on the arrangement aspect of things.)
  8. Holy crap! Dude, everybody, meet Hiarashi, the one who gave me the nick "Blizihizake."
  9. Well Eon, I can definitely say I'm using them, on my laptop, as I'm actually running it on 1024x768. My desktop, like I would imagine most people's computers, is at a higher resolution (mine's 1280x1024), so a hi-res version would certainly be appreciated. Another thing I am doing though, is making "promotional" bookmarks (print them out on card stock paper, use a paper cutter to cut out) for Chrono Symphonic. It's just something I do whenever I encounter images that have the right proportions, and in this case it happened to be your sig. You wouldn't happen to have a higher-resolution version of that, would you (currently I'm printing it on just over 100 dpi, which is barely tolerable)? If this works well maybe I'll post a snapshot of what one of these bookmarks looks like... Mike P.S. -- sephiroth2122, the easiest way to deal with an ISO would probably be to burn it onto a CD, which you can do with just about any CD burning software out there. The software that came with my computer (RecordNow) does it nicely, but there are other things like ISOBuster and such that you can download that should work. P.P.S. -- <3 all who've worked on this project... and many thanks for your hard work and your ability to put up with all the unwarranted and uncalled for flak that you've taken over the course of the project. Looking forward to hearing it! Whoa. Bookmarks. YES. And I'd like to have a higher res version of that pic w/ quotes too. I am also on 1280x1024 and would appreciate one. Keep rockin Eon.
  10. Cause sometimes, the production, finishing the final package, ends up with a more enjoyable and complete looking project. It's like if you have cheese on toast and go "fuck it, im just gonna have dry toast cause I don't have time to go to the shops to buy myself some cheese, and maybe some worcester sauce to liven it up" YOU SEE WHAT I DID THERE?!?! If I made time to go to the shop, I could get WORCESTER SAUCE with my cheese to go on the toast. The theory is - You wait a little longer, and your penis gets bigger. Same with the cheese and worcester and toast, and same with CHRONO SYMPHONIC. Wait a little longer and man, might get some ham with it too. Wow. Well put.
  11. Let us form an angry mob around his house, or apartment, or dorm, or trashcan, or wherever he happens to be living during this so called, "break".
  12. Come on, man. We're gamers. Tolerating one release delay after another is what we do. End of thread. Er, if this were some big ol' unmod argument or something. BUT TRU DAT.
  13. Who cares. (Well, I sorta do, but I mean yeah.) A New Years release would still be just as kickarse as a Christmas one.
  14. I was the one who talked to him about OCReMix and Chrono Symphonic, but not the one who hugged him. It was probably my friend John. There is another person who was there with me who's on these boards (COUGH COGH operawonderdude). Boards are down so I don't know who posted it.
  15. Christmas in Ironforge= Crazy shit. 50 people throwing snowballs at a summoned infernal= teh win
  16. \Ooo. You have had sneak listens of the mastered versions and give them thumbs up?
  17. Ah, it would be joyous for us all if you could play each note on each instrument for free; unfortunately, however, the SAM Brass Demo is just that- a demo. A rather good demo though. Especially the percussion.
  18. YES. That's all i wanted to hear. Thank you Compy. I might just donate to your PayPal but I don't have a job. Sorry
  19. Damn, has it really been that long since the start?
  20. Listenup bitchez and lovepumps
  21. Poor attempt to lighten mood: http://ualuealuealeuale.ytmnd.com/
  22. Wow. Awesome awesome awesome. This secures your spot as a little nub's favorite orchestral remixer.
