If it is a Skies of Arcadia sequel then I better go dust off the Dreamcast and go and finish that game. Dropped into the pile of games I've never finished for one reason or another a few years ago.

Hey, same here haha. Think that was one of 3 songs or something that hooked me to this site.

Both....seriously. I find em both very good at what they do but I have to admit, my Wii only really comes out nowadays when I've got friends over. Never really replayed any of the single player games for it, but that's just me. My PS3 is always set up cuz I seem to replay the games for that more. If I actually had a 360 though and had to make a choice between the larger than life brick or the collateral damage excercise machine, I'd choose the Wii but only because most of the games that come out for the 360 are there for the PS3 and you'd have a wider selection of different games for the Wii. Having said that though, the exclusives for the PS3 like MGS4, Valkyria Chronicles, Ratchet and Clank (yeh, I'm with the I like that game crowd) are hard things to pass up cuz a lot of em are really good. Yeh, I probably didn't help at all by saying that...How about we pretend that you're gonna get both at one stage or another - for your purposes I'd recommend the Wii first. There aren't many PS3 exclusive RPG games I can think of.

I can sorta understand the other stuff, but shunning their women? Now why would you do a thing like that? I think it's time for us to move to Japan. In all seriousness though, interesting read that.

Rainbow Six - Tom Clancy.

Ooo, Big Boss. Just lookin at the Kotaku scans, I hope it isn't another Raiden game - not cuz I dislike the guy as a lead but more cuz I thought his story wrapped up really well in MGS4 and should be left at that. I remember when I first saw the teaser site I thought to myself - not Raiden but his son, tough chance of that happening though.

Friggin loved it.

He really has to stay away from JRPG's cuz it doesn't matter how good they actually are, he'll hate it. But hey, at least he does it in a funny way.

I do get the odd question here and there when people are going through my playlist, though nothing to the point where I get strange looks for having a song titled something weird. Besides, it's not like mainstream music gets away with having normal song titles - "soldier" spelt incorrectly anyone? (God, I wanna snap that kid's neck).

Yeh, a chunk of games for the PS3 are FPS's. You'll enjoy Valkyria Chronicles if you're into that turn based/RPG stuff, at least I loved it. I hear Eternal Sonata is also a good RPG to get (but that's also on the 360). I also recommend Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction, that was a fun action/adventure one. Then of course there's MGS4, that is if you don't count that as an FPS. Thing is, most of the good games you'll find on the PS3 are on the 360 as well. I only got my PS3 cuz it's the only place you'll find MGS4 - FFXIII as well but we all know that ain't an exclusive anymore. Personally, I think if you don't have your eyes on exclusives like MGS4 or Final Fantasy vs XIII (assuming it's actually good), you're better off getting a 360. Having said that though, I really do think Valkyria Chronicles is worth a play.

There were a few of em in there, but it'd have to be a part of the storyline in Valkyria Chronicles (which I don't think many people have played unfortunately). SPOILER When Isara gets killed. Had me sitting there goin' "What the fuck? What the fuck?!?" END SPOILER That and finally getting to play MGS4 after heck knows how long of trying to dodge spoilers.
