  1. There is a way to download the interview as an MP3, and then theoretically cut out the song. Just find the url for the specific show in Winamp and save target as.
  2. I'm.. not a musician. I was just giving my blessings, if you will.
  3. Very nice to see goat seeing through Unchosen Paths to its close completion, and keeping a consistent quality throughout. While the longer medlies of the album are quite the awesome, listening on repeat doesn't come as easy to them as to the shorter ditties like Froggy Mosh. I'm loving it for the same reason as all other of Chris' work- so well played, so much power.
  4. Well, that one was released and taken down- it's been sitting on my download queue half finished for months. Anyone in a giving mood?
  5. Wasn't that already released? (Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong one, #69 was)
  6. Link please? I really liked his DKC2 remixes. Doubt you could find them online (even I forget where I found them) but I could email any of these songs to you: Entering the Cryptic Woods Journey Through the Mines The former is the same source he covered with Forest Birdcussion; obviously he wasn't happy with the work and started over. Still decent songs, mind.
  7. Nah, Nintendo will want to concentrate on their launch lineup for now. Brawl is set to be their big E3 title next year. Wait.. just remembered, no E3 anymore. Whatever replaces it, then.
  8. The blue box art is a mockup..
  9. Storage space and game lentgh are completely unrelated. Dragon Quest for NES is like 200k and it's a 60 hour game. With added storage space we can watch HD movies, store ultra hi-res textures, large soundtracks, etc. The 9gig DVDs are already limiting developers for games like Grand Theft Auto. Big games, detailed worlds just need a lot of space, especially when the next generation of games come out. So I'm guessing a game like GTA can't be on multiple discs by design. That will certainly be a big issue for GTA 360 then. Is procedural generation a potential solution? Nah, it could work on two discs- the map is mutually stored, with the earlier missions on disc one. Change discs when some sort of major plot point occurs, and new missions are created. Think ToS.
  10. Looked for a PS3 thread to post in. No PAL PS3 till March 07. Will Nintendo take advantage of this opportunity? Or will us Europeans/Australians get completely shafted?
  11. So, erm.. Compy still working on this? Koelsch1 had a mix passed while he was still banned, so I guess it's up to him.
  12. What? Where a large WHAT? I'm scared..
  13. Not that it's importaint or anything but, No 135 isn't Bowman, it's Roberto.
  14. You'd be surprised at how much people actually aren't "in-the-know." Yep. Wasn't one of the main objectives for ChipAmp to cater for the wider, slightly confused audience in the first place?
  15. I've been doing a consistent layout for all my bios; the italicizing were because I remembered that Larry did so in the pilot bio when he uploaded it. Take that one as the final layout style. And while we're on the subject of new mascots, I'll be happy to write a Jade (Beyond Good and Evil) and Raz (Psychonauts) bio, provided new mascots are uploaded. Could that be done?
  16. Looks like Phthisis was right- Starfox's 8.0 on IGN reeks of MK:DD to me in that it wasn't a good game and probably only got that score to lessen the fan backlash.
  17. Hammer Brother NINTENDO 1985 The guy above is lonely- he hasn’t got his bro around to keep him company. It’s rare to see a Hammer Brother by themselves, because when they team up to take on Mario, they can prove to be a decent obstacle. Using their somehow infinite barrage of hammers to throw at the plumber the brothers prove to be a pain and are notorious for being one of the harder enemies to defeat in the original Super Mario Bros. Their appearance has been fairly constant over the course of the series, donning the helmet in Super Mario Bros. 3. Several variations to the fact have also been present- the Boomerang Brother (with added range) and super sized Sledge Brother (complete with earth shaking attack) varieties gracing Mario’s presence in 1988. The Mario RPGs offer the Brothers most often as minibosses or otherwise tougher enemies, the most memorable of which would be their internet linguistics in Partners in Time. The Brothers’ power is not limited to themselves; the Hammer Suit allows Mario to gain the projectile attack his enemies had an advantage with. Their shell also an effective defense mechanism, blocking attacks when in use. Quote: “You lookin' at me? My hammer and I don't like you.” Source: Hammer Brothers Wikipedia Page The Super Mario Brothers Monster Compendium TMK Mariopedia- H Games the Hammer Brothers have appeared in: NES Super Mario Bros. 18. This song kicks ass. I love how you can get so many genres out of Jon and still have such class.
  19. I'm surrounded by retards. (Like the new design btw; uses space more efficiently)
  20. I knew this would happen. Right near the end. We should get mascots of our own. Uprising! (Jade plz)
  21. Same here. I thought it was going to be in the same place as before. STOP MOVING THE DOWNLOAD I found it straight away. You're all retarded.
  22. The update knocked me back into bio writing shape. Lakitu NINTENDO 1985 As with any anthropomorphic species in videogames, the Lakitus come in good and evil varieties. Using its own personal flying cloud Lakitu can either hinder or help Mario on his many adventures, and has appeared in much of the Mario series since its inception- effectively in the same category as the classic Mario characters (Goombas, Koopa Troopas, Bullet Bills and Piranha Plants being among some). Lakitus as foes of Mario use their height and speed advantage to attack from the sky with various projectiles; usually spiny shells. A pain to avoid, it turns out, and equally so for Mario to remove these enemies from his path. It wasn’t until Super Mario World that the plumber could get his own back and steal Lakitu’s cloud from under it. Not all variants had the aerial advantage, though- some chose to hide in pipes from which to attack. It’s not all bad for Mario, though- some useful characters from the flying turtles have appeared to help him in his quests. Super Mario 64’s pioneer approach to the 3D platform game camera involved an actual in game camera that the Lakitu Bros would carry while following Mario. Also professed judge of the Mario Kart series, Lakitu would carry the race’s start light, and bring aid to anyone who had taken an ill turn in the race. Quote: "Why do people hate me?"
