  1. This is a playthrough video of the first single of VMK's debut album "Platinum Wings." A passion project inspired by popular shoot 'em up video games of the 1990's such as "Thunder Force," "Touhou," and "Raiden." 2. Here's a sequenced demo I made -- inspired by one of my favorite books. Before recording anything I'd really like to know what you guys think of it and what needs to be improved. Thanks in advance
  3. Hi there fellow video game music fans. I just released my new version of this epic theme from Strikers 1945 II. Devil's Tower is going to be hot... The original song:
  4. Hey guys! This is my take on the Stickerbrush Symphony theme from DKC2. I went for a Joe Satriani feel on the overall track, I hope you guys like it! https://drive.google.com/open?id=15bq3BVBAGtGuEGPSmdlFuQ5oAi8XNPI_
  5. Hey guys! I went for a 70's progressive rock vibe on the Mining Melancholy song from DKC2. I would really appreciate some feedback on my remix! Thanks in advance! Here's the track https://drive.google.com/open?id=19bdhBVMXV2Yw4JNO0EJePApFyERmksLt
  6. Did this for Dwelling of Duels this past month. Haven't submitted here yet, because I figure it might be considered too conservative. I can always go back and insert another part or two, but as someone who sometimes just enjoys listening to a straightforward take on a tune, I'm kinda reluctant to. So if anyone has any ideas, or thinks it's good to submit as is, I'm open to your 2¢.
  7. Small teaser for my latest album "Exit" (c) 2018 P.s. Also my other albums available here: Single - Inside Out New Single "Airdrop" Full Album Exit Album "Wind Between Us" (c) 2010 Album "Round The World" (c) 2015 My Piano Album "Dandelion" (c) 2014 Album "Letter From The Past" (c) 2011 Album "I Will Remember" (C) 2008
  8. Hi everyone, I always enjoyed the music from this community, so I decided to give it a try (this is my first contribution / submission). I made a Rock Medley of six Final Fantasy 7 songs: Birth Of A God (focus of the track) J-E-N-O-V-A Hurry! Main Theme The Prelude Opening Theme This is the link to my track (I made a video, showing when I play which song), please forgive my mediocre video editing skills: The original songs can be easily found on youtube (I don't want to make this post too large embedding all six videos). The dominant song in my remix is Birth of a God. This is the original: I hope you like it. Feedback is appreciated, of course. The_Music_Channel
  9. Hi friends! I just released my 5th album Search for a Lost Reality!! Search for a Lost Reality is a concept album that encompasses the search and discovery of our own true identity. In this album I fused chiptune with modern electronic, orchestral and rock music with a classic video-game flare. Listen here: http://smarturl.it/searchforlostreality Lemme know what you guys think!
  10. Hi there! I'm Paul. I'm new to this website so I'm not 100% how it works but, I've seen some really awesome stuff though and I'm glad to be a part of this community! I've just started my own journey of creating metal versions of classic retro (and maybe some modern) video game music. I've started with a very well known theme that's probably been done to death, but I'd like to think I put my own spin on it. A Swedish melodic metal twist perhaps? Anyway... here it is! Hope you all like it! Peace!
  11. Hiya! I added a cover of a Castlevania-song here, so I might as well plug my main band Evil Bastards From Hell. We play 80's and glam inspired Rock Metal but with a bit more of heaviness/dirt. As our motto says, "Sick Riffs, Dirty Lyrics & Rocking Metal" If you like Mötley Crüe & Ratt, but with a bit of Judas Priest thrown into the it then it's up your alley! Here's our new EP: Oh, btw I play the guitar and sing backing vocals
  12. Something I wrote and did a while back. I'm playing the flute, and I wrote the background music. If I recall correctly for the background music, used notation software to command a Roland keyboard, and recorded the result.
  13. Please check out my song Rainy Day and tell me what you think
  14. https://drive.google.com/file/d/10kfzmuJDH219sAaJClFQAJbfra_pOSLz/view?usp=sharing Hey everyone! This is my first time posting here and my second attempt at remixing so I'm looking for some feedback. This song, the Lanayru Harbor music from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, may seem like a weird choice but the song always stuck out to me. One day it dawned on me that smashing the song Augusta, GA by Into It. Over It. and the Lanayru Harbor song together might yield something cool. Well, this rock remix is what came out of it. I'm particularly looking for feedback on the mix since that is something I've never been good at. Also, the song is pretty short, but both of the source songs are pretty short and I couldn't come up with anything to add length that didn't sound forced. Thanks!
  15. My new Undertale Remix. Hopes and Dreams this time ^^
  16. Guitars by @Furorezu and bass by @Furilas Thanks, guys! Feedback on the mixing will be very appreacited. Thanks. REMIX: https://www.dropbox.com/s/doio4d9cm5medj7/GS - Full Moon.mp3?dl=0 SOURCE:

  18. Hi! I finished my new cover. It's End of the Dark from Policenauts game. The soundtrack has awesome 80's 90's feeling and i wanted to bring it out more in this arrangement with my style :D. Feedback is appreciated :). Here is the Cover: Here is the Original:
  19. Yo! I uploaded new cover on YouTube. Time for some tactical cardboar...krhm i mean espionage action! :D. In this arrangement, i focused more on drums so i could bring some 80's or 90's feel for it. Feedback is appreciated! Here is the Cover: Here is the Original:
  20. Hello! I finished new cover for Pokemon - Bicycle Theme. I recorded some strings to spice my lead guitar parts, so the whole arrangement would sound much fuller. Feedback is welcome :)! Here is the cover: Here is the original soundtrack:
  21. Yo! I published my first collaboration cover with Arzie Van Dee :)! It's Mega Man 2 - Dr. Wily's Castle Theme. Our cover has quite a lot improvisation and original touch, which bends the original theme into a new direction. All feedback is welcome and appreciated!! =) Here is the cover: Here is the original soundtrack:
  22. Hi! This is my first remix! I picked Volley Fire because I thought no one else would have made one (I was wrong) and I would therefore be free from judgement of my ability (hopefully not wrong) First I have to apologize for a couple things. 1. I'm using Finale, which is for writing music, not producing it. Therefore the instruments sound bad, particularly the guitar. 2. Finale is being a trash fire to me so I can't properly export it so the quality of sound is really bad. 3. It probably could have used a 3rd solo before the big ending, so it might feel like a rushed ending. With all that aside, hope you enjoy this.
