Kemusabi
I like this piece...dont get me wrong. But I am definately not a fan of hip-hop, but this piece wasn't drowned in the genre so thats only a minor implication. If it wasn't for that, I bet this song would be one of the sexiest songs in existance. Good work. Oh, and please keep the Wild Arms remixes going! Alfador
well, if anyone out there wants to become legitimately gay, i'm pretty sure if you loop this song and listen to it for about 2 or 3 hours you'll be good to go.... <shiver>
Mr.Wonderful
I'm sorry alfador, but I really have to shoot your post down. Not only are you doing a horrid job of explaining yourself, you are knocking on one of my favorite remixers of all time, not just limited to this site, this song is exquisitely done, every aspect of it. The original song was one of my favorite game tracks ever, and I was initially skeptical of any kind of remix to it, if it aint broke, why fix it? then I downloaded and saw that compared to the remix, the original was indeed quite broke. The beat is fantastic, and totally flows with the song. The lyrics are soulful and intelligent, they are unhurried and resonate with the accents of the keyboard/synth, everything flows together to create an utterly beautiful song that seems to be timeless, the cd its on hasn't come out of my car yet. Everything seems purposeful and adds to the song, the best example is the naming of colors around 2:10, it just sounds so fantastic, everything really comes together in this track. This is one of the few songs that I feel like it was written to speak to me, its so beautiful, it just utterly captures the feel of the game, somewhat meloncholy, with a feeling of despair, but an underlying theme of hope reborn and determination.. its a song that just seems to scream into my soul, I love it. Sorry if it seems a little deep, but I've been writing papers all night and am still in college student mode.. but either way, thank you dj crono for an incredible song sean
Doulifée
I'll put off my english for now on : Je ne suis pas fan de rap non plus mais Dj Crono fait un très bon boulot sur ce genre de music. d'ailleurs le Eres de point m'avait marqué pour les paroles en français. I'am waiting for the next step (French, english, what's next ?)
GrayLightning
I can't say I enjoyed this too much. This genre doesn't really appeal to me, and I think the melody is too buried in the mix. But I will say DJ Crono has an ear for music. The sequencing done on this mix is very good work. OT: DJ Crono, I know you've been promoting your original work here and there. I did check them out, and while I think the vocals could be better. The music you make for your intended genre is spot on. I do really like your keyboard 'backing' parts. I also find your originals to be mesmerizing. You don't have subliminal messages in there, do you? Like I said, although your style is not really my thing, I can definitely see your creative abilities. Good work.

Sephiroth Lives
D00d! I never heard of this song until now... and i hate to say this, cause i've been listening to DJ Crono ALL night, trying to decypher your lyrics, but anyway, this may be your best song yet. I am a little partial to your Ammon's Legend remix, ftp://mp3:mp3@ftp.evillich.com/AR-PrinceofEgypt-AmmonsLegend.mp3 but i REALLY REALLY love this song. I have neither played or listened to Wild Arms, i watched a bit of the anime, but thats it. I have to say it again Crono, you own. Nuff said. -LiCH
Vlad Tepes Drac
yet another masterpiece from the great Dj Crono! I have never ever thought of doing anything such as remixing game music or even other kinds of music. It never really crossed my mind (maybe also because i lack the talent)...but hearing YOUR music, has like changed my life forever! I wish i asked to a 'remixing kit' or something when i was 10 at least and learnt to play a whole bunch of instruments and be able to make somethin as good as this (which is like impossible...you are like the Beethoven or Mozart of Remixing!) Pure genius really! I hope you never stop this wonderful thing you do... It would be a real honour too meeting you in person or somethin...id like ask for your autograph! Seriously the music nowadays isnt all that great, sometimes you wanna give up! But then you look at anime ost's, and the regular check on OCRemix and you have pretty much everything you need...thanks to awesome artists like you! Keep it up bro! -Vlad
rebirth9283
I'm still looking for a DJ Chrono mix that doesn't tempt me to open the review with "wow". First, I have to thank the DJ for choosing a language I understand. That comment made, this mix strikes a great balance between hip-hop and Spanish love song. That's a hard thing to do, and DJ Chrono pulls it off beautifully. The fact that, at one point, the song switches to English is handled with notable skill. The placing of the vocal samples is perfect. They all seem to make sense, with the possible exception of "Viva la DJ Chrono," which still serves the purpose of adding Chrono's signature flare to this mix. Keep 'em comin' Chrono! Bren
*Whistles in awe* This song...isnt just a song. Its beyond words to describe. Ever have an obsession with a song and you listen to it over and over for hours? This one has that quality. Its so intoxicating. I really like the background chorus and my favorite part about the song is the electric guitar solo...thats awesome! DJ Crono is my hero! lol Hey, if your reading this review and haven't downloaded this song yet get it now! If your on 56k you wont regret the 15 minutes it took and if your on broadband you wont regret the 15 seconds it took!
Naraz
This song... well... what can I say... if it were possible to achieve orgasm through music... lets just say this song would give porn stars a run for their money. I'm hoping to remix this song as well, once I get a studio up ^^ we'll see though
EvilRyu38
Hey again Crono.... Dude... you need to stop... seriously... I mean.... your mixes are kicking everyones ass too much... Haha joking... Anyways... I love this flow... only one thing would make me happy... if you would do a street fighter remix....yeah... I'd kick anyones ass for that
Liontamer
The lyrics could have been louder, but this is still very cool, catchy work. Though I'm admittedly not really a fan of his other material, this is really excellent stuff from DJ Crono, and one you should absolutely check even if you don't care for or know the Wild ARMs soundtrack. Baruch - Vampire Lord
Excellent Sound! I HATE MOST RAP but I LOVE THIS. Only one bad thing... Nobody has made a Boomerang Flash remix yet! NinjaFlute
This one has to be your best. Very South Koreaish style of rap. Peace
Warren

ajgunn225
all i have to say is: "You want the mic back? GIMME THE MIC BACK!" hilarious stuff man, not just funny but beautiful to listen to. keep it up, love your other remixes too.
your the man now dog
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this song. It is an amazing song. If this is really you singing, then i may respect this song more than any other here. Anyone can make a synthy techno beat, but it takes real skills to write lyrics and sing them. My favorite part of this is the harmonized skribbling "gijja gijja" it sounds like. As they say on ebay, "A+++++++++ WOULD LISTEN AGAIN"
waltonky
The title is French, huh? Seems really close to the Italian way of saying it. Dov'è l'amore.

Marmiduke
This is some beautifully haunting stuff from Jovette that never seems to fail in catching me off guard. I fall in love with the dark and lonely sound every time, each time unexpectedly. It's a total surprise because I'm not a big supporter of this type of vocal performance, and I generally think that lyrics in a mix used to convey anything but fun, comedic material come of as wanky. However, this is absolutely one of the big exceptions. I may not have any idea what is being said half the time, but damn, it works. I've always liked layered vocal elements in music, and while this is perhaps more subtle than some other examples I could name, it's definitely effective nonetheless. I'm really adamant to get behind this mix and shine a little light on it. For being unique, stylish and the darkest kind of pleasure, it deserves anything but getting lost in the shuffle. A very remarkable mix, for me.
