How to use .fxb and .fxp files?

So I was wondering if there was a way I could use these amp sim presets. All of the free amp sims I have used so far cannot use .fxb and .fxp. I would like to use presets such as the ones from Shreddage, but I am unable to use them.

And I'd really, really like it if the sim was free.

They can - it's just that fxp is a genericized extension name that doesn't say which plugin it belongs to. It just says that it's a preset.

You can't load Synth1 fxps into Crystal and vice-versa; the same goes for effects.
