While I'm grateful for the extension (since due to internet access issues I wasn't able to post my mix 2 weeks ago when it was finished) I have to agree with many of the voices on the hard deadline. It's not much of a 'challenge' if the deadline keeps shifting.
I really wanted to enter, but relocating and not having internet access at home is making this incredibly difficult. If only the library had ports for flash drives...
Ugh, I have no problem with Spain winning the match, but I REALLY dislike Puyol. Anybody else and I would've been fine with Germany losing.
Here's to hoping for an entertaining final. Go Netherlands!
Check out Mackintosh Braun, as they have some pretty chill electronica tracks.
Samuel Edsall is great for ambient soundscapes if you're looking for non-melodic slow build type stuff.
I find The Wingless' Guardian Legend tracks to be pretty chill as well.
The melody and harmony are a little too prog for the Sonic 2 feel, but it's a decent listen. Somehow it doesn't seem like a tune that benefits from the Genesis chipset.
I am afraid that I'm a bit late to the party, but I did a one-take piano improv on what I believe to be the main theme.

Sorry this wasn't a bit earlier Mr. Weasel.
Check out Mackintosh Braun, as they have a very laid back electronic base with male vocals.
2 Curlies is a Turkish duo that make generally chill electronica.
Techno Squirrels also have some pretty chill tracks.
The synth entrance at 15 doesn't quite work for me. I would suggest playing around with that one until it jives with the mood of the preceding part a little better, or ease into it. I just think its a little too sudden.
