Sinewav
Very nice. I love the groove... I'm sure Groove Bias contributed to that quite a bit.
Matt E. Waldman
Absolutely fantastic. The style suits the piece perfectly! And I love the Weather Report inspiration here. The production itself is awesome. The bass, drums, and the synths are all fantastic. Great job, zircon! Can't wait to hear more!
Dhsu
<3 Weather Report. Great stuff here. You need to get yourself a gig scoring the next G.Rev game, son.
OceansAndrew
Really nice stuff, but it seems so short! Maybe I just can't get enough of it. Really reminds me of This Star Salz Chrono Mix, especially in the bass and drums, and the more kinds of mixes like that, the better, i'd say. Great partwriting, I be jammin. UchihaVilu
This is pure awesomeness at its best. It's been quite awhile since the last PSO mix was put on OCR, I would love to see more from both PSO and something from PSU. Great job, zircon. I've never heard of 'Weather Report', but now it seems worth checking into. /drools MOAR PSO PLZ

Sir_Downunder
This is just awesome, simply awesome. The synth lead is just plain hot, and the drums are really kickin. It's got a melody that makes you wanna groove to it.
prophetik music
in terms of quality of background styling and how close it is to the realistic instruments and people that you're modelling, this might be one of the greatest remixes on the site. absolutely stunning job, andy. let me know if you want to try doing this at mag with a drummer and bassist =)
metalsnakejuice
I can not stop playing this it is just so great to listen to.
Palpable
Great to see you really branching out with this one, Andy, I don't think I would have known it was you if I didn't know already. The automation on the synths is somewhat of a clue, I suppose. This also seems more focused on atmosphere and sound than your usual melodically-centered mixes, which is nice to hear too. I like it! Chiwalker
Awesome progression, very nice ReMix! It puts me on an empty highway going really fast...maybe there is something I am recognizing from Toad's Turnpike? Very good sounds though, makes me comfortable
jintoreedwine
Great mix! I love the feel of this mix in general, it sounds so laid back, good stuff!
LuigiFan
Oh yeah. Oh yeah. OH YEAH!! This is hot. I love it. Weather Report is amazing (Jaco kicks serious butt), and I can definitely get the influence for this song. Those drums just make it - when they first came in I was floored by how great they sound. Keep it up!
Shadix
Another PSO Remix? It's about time! <3 Zircon.
Jae
Now this is a song you can really feel. Close your eyes listening to it and it takes you somewhere else. Very nice, soft tone. The percussion has a bit of controlled chaos to it around their intro and in various other places scattered throughout which really compliments the more laid back melody. Very jazz. Rozovian
Andy, I don't think I would have known it was you if I didn't know already. Hah, I downloaded this with a batch of others, wasn't looking at the playlist, and when it came on I recognized something about the sound (and maybe the chords) from one of the Mass Media Constant tracks. Which I also like. I knew it was zircon almost right away. Great to hear Groove Bias in action too, and a great track to use it on.
psychophan7
I love this remix. It's probably my favorite track from PSO, and hearing this remix makes me want to go play it again.

LuckyXIII
I really dig the smooth vibe, here. Music of this style is my favorite. I don't mean to disrespect the source material here, but it makes me think of PilotWings (SNES). Anyway, thought you'd like to know I used this in a presentation on day 2 of my orientation/training with the AICPA. We were told to whip up a quick PowerPoint on one of the member discounts. I asked if music was allowed. 'Twas verily, so a quick hit to the site, download, import - it turned out to be the most enjoyed presentation of the group; with no small thanks to the music. zircon
Thank you so much for the comments, everyone! I'm glad this mix has been well-received. I'll take this to mean that I should experiment in this style more often.
Martin Penwald
I don't mean to disrespect the source material here, but it makes me think of PilotWings (SNES). I get a certain 90's/16bit vibe from it, too. I guess that's because of the lead-synth, which is absolutely wonderful.
