'Off Topic' forum not showing up on mobile

Just wanted to say that the 'Off Topic' forum is not showing up on my smartphone. I use an Samsung/Android phone, but I'm not sure OS makes a difference.

Maybe someone else can verify on an iPhone?

You need to be signed in to the forums to see Off-Topic.

I use a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, and I can see the Off-Topic forum when logged in.

I have confirmed your identified solution. Thank you for addressing this website issue in a precise and timely fashion. Now I'm going to just go away and hide somewhere and hope no one notices me...
