I've gone through all of the community's individual mixes and highlighted anything I thought could potentially work. EDIT: Updated as of OC ReMix #2969. I tried to split things up into some rough categories, but just keep in mind that your mileage may vary, and I don't pretend to be the authority on what's "club" music. Also, if you use more than 1 piece of music, keep in mind that the mixes have different volume levels. You may need someone to take a listen and make sure the levels don't jump around too much from track to track. Lastly, many of these tracks don't use extended intros and outros, so for DJs looking to beat-match and create extended transitions from track to track, you need to do your own legwork/editing. I recommend the free program BPM Analyzer to help steer you in the right direction as far as tempo. It's not super-ZOMG accurate, and it automatically tags your MP3s with the BPM it determines (DO NOT WANT!). [a handsome family forum woefully underpopulated by beeeeees?] A simple search for my name reveals this awesome thread that Larry posted consisting of a list that he clearly put a lot of time into compiling and no one replies?! Seriously though, this is a great list to pull from for all da DJs out there, like myself. EDIT: Also, in regards to finding the tempo of these tracks, besides what Larry mentioned, there are plenty of tempo tapper apps available out there (I even have a chrome extension that does it), so if you can tap your finger to the beat, you'll get a pretty close estimate. From there, typically you'll just round it off to the nearest whole digit, because not too many people that I can think of bother with using tempos like 138.459 or something silly. Closer to liquid DnB than outright DnB, but whatever :3 On The Run (The Returners) from the latest Final Fantasy album is a good indie dance/nu disco track, seems like it's good for a set closer...
